Bereits 3x über die App gekündigt, Abo läuft immer weiter.
Look promising but doesn’t work.
The app looks very helpful but since I can never get the SMS text to finish setting up I guess I’ll never find out how it really works.

Thanks for the review & sorry to hear you can’t log in. It sounds like a network issue as the sms is delivered by a global 2-factor service. I can’t see any issues after testing across multiple devices. Try moving to an area where you have a better cellular network or check iPhone settings in case it’s being blocked.

This app is fantastic. It makes me feel much safer when riding and gives my family reassurance that if I do have an off, help is on the way immediately. It’s always reliable and I never experience any performance issues. Highly recommend.
Triumph SOS Awesome
I have been riding a triumph motorcycle for 13yrs. When Triumph release this amazing application it changed the way I ride. Now you have that peace of mind that no matter where you go, or how far you travel you will always have their state of the art accident protection looking out for you. So riding solo is not a big concern anymore for myself or wife, knowing that Triumph SOS has by back on every ride. Also you have extra bonuses with route recording and also group ride. I highly recommend this app for anyone who rides.

Small price for a lone riders peace of mind
I tried signing up 18 months ago for the free period and it took a few emails to resolve because it wasn’t recognising certain vin numbers.
However, once that was sorted it is great peace of mind for me and my family, especially as I often ride alone. I have a really rare blood type and other issues and I’ve put in all of my medication and details, which a responder might need, to treat me safely, again peace of mind. Paying monthly it’s easy to turn it off in Nov and add it again in March.
I also know it works because one day, with phone in pocket, I couldn’t get my jacket off quick enough. A wasp had gone down my back and I was wrestling it off, shaking it and I threw it on the floor and the app started counting down to make a call & cancelled it in time.
However, once that was sorted it is great peace of mind for me and my family, especially as I often ride alone. Bugs, daher Zweifel an der App
Schon bei der Einrichtung ist das App zweimal einfach abgestürzt. Unter „SOS Settings > About You“ fehlt in meiner Telefonnummer die letzte Zahl. Ich kann sie auch nicht hinzufügen. (Dieser Fehler wurde übrigens bereits vor einem Jahr in einem anderen Kommentar gemeldet). Ich vertraue diesem App nicht.

Outstanding Customer Support
I discovered an issue with app over the last couple of days (that turned out to a fat finger error on my behalf) and I sent an email to the support team. Within a couple of hors of send I had a responce from Andrew who walked me through a couple of fixes and the problem resolved in less than two hours.

I want it to just work!
No issues with VIN - it seemed to work while on the 3 month trial but since paying the monthly subscription I have the same problem as Dr Banana fed back to you - I select ride, then protect etc but absolutely nothing happens - there’s no start button on screen anywhere to get things going (iPhone 8) Will have to stop subscribing if I can’t use it 🙄 Ok. After following the reply from the developers (thank you) and setting everything I could set that was already set 👍🏻I realised that the issue is the ‘Start Ride’ or whatever it says-button, on my iPhone 8 is a VERY VERY THIN LINE at the bottom of the screen - it works! All signed up again. Fingers crossed all is well. Updated review of 4.
Guys all I can say is sorry! As my eyes are crap I had set the phone view to ‘zoomed’ ages ago which cut off the start ride button etc. which is why I couldn’t use it 🙄 all sorted now and amended rating to 5 stars. Thanks for an app which gives me piece of mind if I was involved in an accident

2nd EDIT; Seems good now I have it working (see below). Although I have had one incident where it came up on my phone that I had had an accident and said it was going to call the emergency services in 10 seconds. I hadn’t, if anything I had taken off a bit sharp at the lights. Luckily I had it on my handlebars as a satnav at the time. If my phone was in my pocket then I wouldn’t have been able to cancel.
Newest iPhone 12, all logged in, VIN excepted, details entered. Choose “Protect me and record ride” “Start Ride”. Nothing happens, ride not recorded, App shows as present as time in top l/h corner is highlighted blue, but no obvious signs that accident protection is running within the app, certainly not recording the ride, no “Stop” button. Am I missing something?? EDIT - it was a problem with my phone not letting the app have access to Motion & Fitness after help from the developers this was finally solved. Thank you

New to App - great support!
Had some issues at first, Support was very responsive though and am now using app. As some of my rides are more rural, I appreciate the protection offered!

Brilliant app, well worth having.
This app could be a lifesaver! I know there were a few niggles at the beginning but the developers have been hard at work and sorted them out. It now works well and caused me no issues so far.
It’s a great piece of technology allowing you not only to record your routes and share them with your friends on social media but with the added bonus of crash detection which gives you great piece of mind.
I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who rides a motorcycle. At least try it for the three months free trial. I’m definitely going to use it from now on as I often ride alone and it’s reassuring to know that should anything unforeseen happen, help is at hand right in my pocket! It’s a no brainier for me.

Not ready
App is not ready for publication. It looks very nice but the basic functionality is still not working. Issue with editing a route over writing data and the app hanging make it not yet usable.

Ugly Feature Artifact Deters New Users
Great idea! Thanks to the developers and Triumph for bringing this to the riding community. This and Beeline make life complete. The safety aspect seems to be paid, or a trial for Triumph owners; otherwise, it records your route and exports many formats.

I’m pleased to announce that we have now fixed the issue that prevented some iPhones from being able to navigate to Apple’s Subscription Service after entering a VIN. The bug turned out to be a problem with Apple’s release of their 14.5 software. This caused an issue for developers using native navigation to guide users through different pages. In the case of Triumph SOS, between the VIN validation and a screen to allow users to agree to and confirm a subscription. What made this problem harder to solve when it first appeared is that some of the test phones were using different versions of the software and the behaviour was not due to a new release of the Triumph app. Over 6,000 developers contributed to an Apple Forum highlighting the same bug. We are pleased that this has now been fixed but was incredibly frustrating for all - including our customers. We would really appreciate a review of the review level you gave the app. This was not a problem caused by our technology. Thanks again for your patience and continued support.
Can’t add vin
I suggest the developers think about the users. Red on a black background means I can hardly read the vin that I put in ! So useless for me . Bye bye
Just getting into it
I am just getting into the app but when I want to look at a Route and its details, the page comes across and then right back. So it wont stay so I can read the details. It followed my route to work very well but I cant see the details.

Il n’y a pas une fonction qui n’est pas buguée… D’autres font beaucoup mieux.
Not Impressed
Despite numerous attempts it will not accept my VIN number. Email response has been good but has not cured the issue.
