App or website won’t upload photos
Payed for the monthly subscriptions solely to be able to upload photos to the game, every time I try, it infinitely buffers and I either have to completely close the app, or the webpage I’m on.
Low quality - terrible support
Better products out there. Don’t waste time or money on this.

I signed up for the paid premium features account. Never received access. The app is absolutely buggy anyway - especially the two controllers attempt with a presenter. Still, DO NOT PAY as it still doesn’t give access and keeps trying to charge you again and again for a premium account while never giving you access - even after paying. This really shouldnt be allowed on the app store anymore and needs to be reported fraudulent.

Premium doesn’t load
I first brought this app a wile ago and I noticed that a lot of the features required a premium subscription. So I decided to buy it and when I did it did not load, I tried resetting the app turning my device of extra, and every time I tried to click on a premium requirement it asked for me to buy the subscription. I ALREADY OWNED! I tried going to their website and their was no help on how to fix this. I went on to settings and it said I owned the subscription however it did not say so in the app. I even tried re-buying the subscription. This was VERY ANNOYING! But then it finally loaded after 2 HOURS!?? (I had good WiFi the whole time too) but I thought, few that’s over, probably just a one time thing.
I log on again and and it does the exact same thing. 💢😡

I love this game, but there is one major problem for me..
This game has been amazing so far and I’ve had it for several months. It’s simplistic style and easy controls are great for group meetings with friends and family, but there is one big problem for tablet users such as myself since it’s a mainly a computer platformed game. Every time you type a prompt, you are constantly crashed out of the game after a single action. I would like to continue this fun game so please fix it, thank you for this outstanding game!

It always asked for premium. When I make a quiz I can only make 4 questions until they ask for premium

Please don’t get this app it is terrible! I want a refund so bad from the locked option to the tacky themes. First it’s says customizable, but it is not you can only customize the questions. Each game version is locked within its own respect. Not to mention it takes a long time for it to load the game up to players.

Spinning never stops
Crashes early in the process of making the game. Had to delete app 3x and re-login to continue on. Finally just gave up and looked for a new app.

I LOVE this app, I use it frequently for large events and even small get-togethers. It’s flexible, customizable, easy to use, never glitches, it is ALMOST perfect. The major flaw?! No offline accessibility. Without internet this app is useless. There’s been several times this missing feature has severely hindered my ability to use it. There needs to be a way to download a created game to use offline or just the ability to have it saved just within the app itself so you don’t need internet. Very frustrating honestly, but if that’s not an issue for you then everything else is solid.

Useful but...
This app is very useful but when I go to put in information for making a game, my phone app screen jumps up and down aggressively until I close out of making a game. On the computer everything is perfect but I need it working properly on my phone for convenience sake.
