Everything is fine…. Until they stop getting money. I got the higher tier plan so I could pay for two months then pause account and use the credits up and then unfreeze again when I need more KW hours.
One year ago. I start getting charged every month regardless. When I finally got a hold of someone, they refunded some and told me I wording get charged. Just for them to charge me again.
I had to enter a digital credit card and delete my old one so I would stop getting a charged. I NOW HAVE about 1 years worth of KW hours in my account to charge my car. Which the app says you can stilll use even if you don’t have a credit card on file for them to keep robbing you.
OH WHAT A SURPRISE, now the charger charges AT THE SAME SPEED AS A REGULAR WALL OUTLET.

Terrible app
The app and website make it incredibly easy to take your money! Payment options are prominently displayed and readily accessible. However, when a customer needs assistance, it’s nearly impossible to find a way to contact a real person. Neither the app nor the website provides clear contact information such as a phone number, email address, or customer support portal.
This lack of accessible customer service is frustrating and concerning. A company should make it just as easy for customers to get help as it is to make a payment. The absence of basic contact information creates the impression that customer support is being deliberately hidden, leaving customers with little recourse when issues arise.

Shady business practice.
No way to call them. No return of in app messages. Charged my credit card again after cancelling but was give no additional credits.
Numbers don’t match up
Have had the app and used the service since September 2025. Being able to look at what was used with a different option options week month year quarter doesn’t work you can’t scroll. The usage with the app and the usage on my Tesla the numbers don’t match up. It’s only a good thing about the app is is when you actually turn the charger off. It turns off and when you turn the charger on, it turns on so you can make sure that other people do not use what you have paid for.

The equivalent of a paperweight on your phone desktop
I can’t review the app properly because it won’t let me beyond the account sign up screen. I submit my information to create an account, it does the spinning wheel for a bit, then nothing. It doesn’t give any kind of message and the screen doesn’t change. I can submit multiple times and nothing happens.
