The app is awkward to use and requires location input, better approach would be to photograph the trolley and use the photo coordinates for the location.
This would also negate the need to identify the trolley as this would be obvious in the photo.

App needs an update
I think you should be able to take a photo to send. I tried to report a trolley, entered the address and it couldn’t find it the house number, street or suburb. So I couldn’t report it.
OK but requiring nearest supermarket is pointless
App works well enough, but requiring the user to nominate the nearest Woolworths supermarket is pointless. How would I know that, and anyway the app seems to have that info already.
Also it'd be nice to get some feedback occasionally, maybe by mail. I've been using this app for years and have never won a prize draw or heard from them in any way.

Unable to drop a pin on map
Multiple times I have been unable to report trolleys. Twice today I was standing beside the trolley but when. Said to use my location it wanted me to confirm the address. It’s a street with big businesses and no street numbers. Other time Wiley driving I saw trolleys and later tried to enter where they were but again could not drop a pin and I had to look the address up using google maps. Crazy. Add drop pin ability to map

From Great to Bad
his used to be a great app but the last upgrade I have decided not to use it. The app no longer allows you to add extra information. e.g. on vacant land opposite given address. Shifting the pin to show the location of an abandoned trolley at a bus stop , a park, creek bed etc. doesn’t work. The app keeps asking for an address and then jams.
Woolworths, Dan Murphys and Big W will have to locate their trolleys without my help.

You can submit reports all you like, but don’t expect anyone to come and collect the reported abandoned trolleys.

One way path to Dead End of App
I downloaded this, very interested in the concept. Then I found myself on a one way path, with no “ back” option, or forward path either. Seems to be defective. I’ll have to Uninstall . ZERO stars.
What’s the point?
Repeatedly report trolleys but weeks later they are still there. Can only report street addresses rather than real locations such as parks, drains and laneways.
Unable to correctly find location
I am at bus stop but unable to enter location. I had to move pointer about 50 metres to find a street address. So will they find trolley? Hopeless.
Like the old version
Liked the old version of the app where you could pin drop anywhere like at bus stops as that is where they mostly end up. Now I can’t even do that and is worse off than it used to be with more errors when trying to report that I don’t do it as much anyone. Waste of time trying sometimes

Have reported the same trolley for two weeks, still not picked up
A Failure
I used this App to report a trolley dumped outside of our apartment four times and spoke to their operator twice, yet nobody came to remove the trolley. The operator’s were not helpful nor was the app. A complete waste of time.
Make this better!
This app could be sooo much better! When the pointer is moved around the map, enable the user to select the resultant spot to report. That’s it. This would make it ten times easier to use.
Very basic
I like the idea but the app is very basic. You do not seem to create a case that you can see get closed. Not sure if a photo of the trolley in location would help

Very user friendly
The app has been designed to make it fast and easy to report something in this day and age people want ease and speed. By keeping this in mind when making the app they are helping clean up our streets.

Quick response time
Only used the app for a week now. While walking to work have notice many trolleys left around on the street. Marked them down on the app. And they were gone within a day.
