Good app with excellent support
I’ve been using Tronity for a few years now with three different vehicles from two manufacturers, and it’s been ultra reliable tracking trips, charges and other telemetry.
I’ve only had to contact support a couple of times for help, and each time they’ve responded very quickly and solved my questions.

Very useful - daily
I use this every day for my Cupra Born as the native app isn’t great. Tronity updates more frequently and the Home Screen widget is super. Support is first class.

Ich nutze diese App für meinen Tesla wirklich gerne und die gewonnenen Infos sind sehr interessant. Jetzt hoffe ich nur, dass auch BYD bald unterstützt werden kann.

Ich nutze Tronity schon seit vielen Jahren mit immer unterschiedlichen Fahrzeugen. Beim Wechsel gab es nie Probleme. Auch wenn ich mal nicht weiter wusste wie was wo eingestellt werden muss damit es meinen Ansprüchen gerecht wird, habe ich kurz den Support angeschrieben und es wurde kurz und schnell geholfen bzw. bei weiteren Fragen geklärt. Man merkt das hier ein junges Team im Einsatz ist und nicht ein Konzern.

Excrément déçus
J’ai rencontré un problème lors du renouvellement de mon abonnement, lié à la validité de ma carte bancaire. Bien que le paiement ait été rétabli dans les deux mois suivants et prélevé régulièrement par la suite, je n’ai pas pu accéder à l’application pendant près de 5 mois.
J’ai contacté à plusieurs reprises le support et les développeurs, mais les échanges sont restés sans solution concrète. Le manque de suivi et d’accompagnement a été particulièrement frustrant. Finalement, n’ayant plus eu aucun retour, j’ai décidé de mettre fin à mon abonnement.
C’est regrettable, car l’application en elle-même est intéressante et aurait pu répondre à mes besoins si le service client avait été à la hauteur.

Not working
I have been paying for this for a few months now but it keeps saying payment didn’t go through even tho it has left my account, so I have deleted the app
Ford Mach-E is not supported.
I downloaded the app and when I try to add my Ford Mach-E, the app ONLY allows Tesla to be input. What a waste of time.
Not working with Porsche. Overpriced
This app promises a lot but does not deliver! It very seldom has the correct data and can not show the route travelled! I have tried this app for 3 years, but can only say : AVOID if you try to link a Porsche Taycan! TRONITY always blame Porsche for poor connection from the car but other services do not have any problems to have reliable links. Overpriced an NON Performing

Die Abo-Kosten sind zu hoch
Ich war in der kostenlosen Testphase mit der App sehr zufrieden, aber die Abokosten sind mir zu hoch. Entweder kaufe ich ein Programm, dann sind maximal 40,- Euro für mich in Ordnung oder ich muss mich auf ein Abomodell einlassen, dann wären maximal 1-2 Euro monatlich meine persönliche Grenze.

Worthwhile Investment
Undoubtedly an incredible tool to replace the standard PSA apps. Helps aggregate information in one place and is very functional. Support is incredible and listen to feedback when presented.
Misleading Website
Website claims Ford vehicles in the US are compatible, but after signing up and downloading the app only Tesla was showing as an option. Contacted support which confirms Ford is not available in the US. Downright misleading.
Little to no US Support
As it turns out, the only vehicle manufacturer supported in the US is Tesla. It seems this has been the case for a few years now, too. Oh well.

Wie der Titel schon aussagt. Seit dem Update kann ich mich auf meiner ultra 2 nicht mehr anmelden. Bei der Anlage eines Fahrzeugs komme ich in eine Endlosschleife: „Bitte versuche erneut dich in der App anzumelden und versuche die Anlage erneut“ [Retry] [zurücksezten] Ich bin angemeldet und habe ein laufendes Abo.
Inzwischen funktioniert es. Da ich auf „meiner Seite“ nichts geändert habe, wurde evtl. am Server etwas verbessert.
