How Do I Create An Account?
I downloaded the app. It is asking me to sign in and is not giving me an option to create an account. I don’t have an account so I can’t access the app.

This is my second trip since the app rolled out. It’s almost non functional.
Chat does not work.
Chat does not work. Very frustrating and received no help.
Great service, terrible app
The chat feature on the app only works for about half the people in our group, and it’s a mixture of android and apple users. Also the app crashes a lot. Our group had to move communications over to WhatsApp to ensure that we don’t lose track of each other while out of the country.
Chat doesn’t work
I just get a white screen when I try to go into the chat. I rebooted my phone multiple times and even deleted the app and reinstalled it, but the chat does not work.
