So many glitches, always having to enter password cause Face ID doesn’t work. Needs a new update on everything

This app does not remember user name and passwords as it suggests. There may be a minor glitch. Everything else has been fine.

What can TB and T is just phenomenal
App is terrible since the change
The app randomly switched at some point in the past few months to a new version. In my opinion the new version isn’t nearly as good as previous version. I wish it would have never changed. One of my main gripes is that when I click to see all transactions I can no longer see the balance at the top.

One Big Headache
9 times out of 10 I can’t even check my account balance because “the server is busy”. Don’t even get me started on Touch ID. What’s the point of even having it if you can never “log me in using those credentials”? I’m just going to go back to driving to ATMs to check my balance. That was a lot easier. I’m rating it 2 stars instead of 1 because 10% of the time is works beautifully.

Deposit feature gone
For some reason now the mobile deposit feature is gone and it is really needed don’t know what happened
