Hi, I'm sorry to hear you're dealing with this issue. Could you let me know which iPhone hardware, iOS version, and Troy Oz app version that you are using? For Troy Oz app version, please update it to the latest version. Also are you running the app through some kind of VPN? This may be blocking the requests that get current prices.
