Charged Without Authorization
I was charged twice for memberships by just downloading. No verification no information no agreement boom stole money straight from my Apple account

This is simply not possible. App Store purchases cannot happen by downloading an app. Every payment is processed by Apple and requires your explicit approval before any charge is made. If you believe you were charged in error, you can request a refund directly from Apple.
