No sunset or sunrise
How can you sell lighting product and not support turning lights on or off based on sunset or sunrise? Ridiculous. Their 400w WiFi controller doesn’t and support was unhelpful about when the feature would be supported
Half the lights never connect
This app looks and functions like it was developed in the early 2010’s. Any other smart light app like Wiz or Hue are light years ahead.
The worst of it is we had 10 brand new smart light color LED hardscape lights installed and half of them connect to the app. It’s like the Bluetooth receiver they use in the lights is completely garbage. The worst of all is that if you have any lights that don’t connect, you have to reset the entire string to pair again. And then some of the lights you couldn’t connect first, connect the second time and then some of the lights that did connect first don’t anymore. It is incredibly frustrating, and I don’t know how this company is still in business.

Inconsistent
I have this app to manage my outdoor landscaping lighting. It covers two different zones and cycles through two schedules. When it works, it’s great. Unfortunately, too often it ignores the schedule created and remains on throughout the day. I haven’t seen an electric bill yet to know whether or not this impacts my bill, but it is just disappointing. The app has one job which is to maintain schedules and it can’t do that well. if it’s constantly malfunctioning.

Works for me!
I’ve honestly never had an issue with the functionality of this app. I would like to see some other control features added to the app but it works as advertised.
Needs a lot of work!
This app is horrible. It constantly freezes. I can never get a Bluetooth signal from my lights. Just recently I had the app completely wipe out all my lights I had stored in the app. 14 lights are now missing from the app. I now have to do a master reset (again) and re learn and re name all the lights. This process takes about an hour to accomplish. It’s not just me either. I have installed these lights at multiple customers properties and we all have issues. I have had the Tru Scapes local Rep come out and try to figure out some of these issues. They can’t figure it out and they tell me I have to replace the lights. I don’t know what is worse the app or the lights.
