Can’t get it work
I love this app on the iPad but on my phone I can only get the admin page to come up!!

Saved our company a ton of time! Could not go back to paper reports!
Great app but could use a few things
In daily inspection report it would be helpful if we were able to select multiple tools under the surface preparations tab as it usually take more than one tool to complete a task. And possibly even an option to add multiple surface prep sheets to one report as it is sometimes necessary to continue prep after a coating has been applied or even move on to another item within the scope of work.
Also I feel it is an absolute must to be able to duplicate a coating from the current report as we often need to mix the same product many times in a single shift. Having to fill out the same info over and over again is absolutely painful.
Next being able to select a wet film thickness tab from an entered coating and then having the app direct us to a field for entries with some of the coating info (like the product name and time mixed )would be great.
Also the material storage tab should be in its own report that could be linked to the daily reports so that after a product is entered in to the material storage report we could then select a product from that when we fill out info in our product mixing tabs( this could fill in most of the data required such as batch numbers, manufacturers, product name, color, sheen,etc.
Next update maybe🤞

10/30/19 update: Still a terrible program. Still have to do monthly updates otherwise the program won’t work. Still takes excessively long to sync. The report layout is less valuable now, than before as the pictures are tiny. Let’s list the annoying quirks of this program.
1. Can’t rearrange pictures after they are pasted in
2. Can’t apply formatting to report text: bullets, indenting
3. To use on a desktop, you have to use a mobile emulator
4. Program is suppose to link to gauges via Bluetooth. You have to carry an iPad into the field to accept the readings. Good luck actually getting the program paired to equipment with any kind of efficiency.
5. Program inserts a blank page on the first page if certain fields are filled in
6. Cloud based document storage.
In short, this program is not the inertia of the industry. There are certainly better platforms out there with less issues.
