Warning they will never stop charging you

Never give them your credit card. I signed up for a free trial and still got charged for the free month and months thereafter even when I tried to cancel it. After I canceled it the app shows no membership but still kept charging me. They ignored my request to fix this so I showed my card company screenshots to prove it. Some of the events are nice but half the time they have incorrect event descriptions so the perks include false claims about the events, was promised a full outfit but they ran out and didn’t have enough for everyone despite knowing exactly how many people are attending. One time the event listed refreshments and snacks and there was just water that the venue always provides. So fraudulent misrepresentations about free trial and event gifts and impossible to cancel. I had to put a block on the company to get them to stop charging me.

DONT USE THIS APP

I should have read the other reviews before downloading.. also have been in contact with customer service for a month trying to cancel my account and get a refund on a month that was charged and i forgot to cancel. When they finally responded they paused my account and i was still charged for the next month after i asked to CANCEL! Do not waste your time.

They’ll charge your card even when you cancel

This is the most unprofessional app I have ever used. I have been trying to cancel my subscription for months now and they are STILL charging my card. Not to mention there is no cancellation button on the app & there is no where to edit your payment information. I have reached out to them SEVERAL times with no resolution to this issue and they are still charging my card. They claimed that they have no record of payment however I have sent them screenshots of my bank statements of the payments. Absolute scam.

I deleted the app/my account after the free trial, but the company didn’t delete my account, charged me anyways, and won’t refund. Don’t sign up for this service, there are way better options for fitness apps in LA.

I became a member of the TruBe lifestyle collective last month and the events are amazing. All set in incredible locations, great coaches and the swag bags are top notch.

Terrible Customer Service

I canceled my subscription and deactivated my account, but they charged me for another month anyway. I’ve sent multiple messages over the last couple weeks via the contact form on their website and haven’t heard back. I tried calling their customer service and the number doesn’t work.

Pretty good app for finding a trainer nearby

One friend advised me to look for a trainer here, I found a trainer nearby, the prices are reasonable, especially with discount coupons

Company is based in the UK doesn’t care

The app is buggy. The trainers aren’t good. And the company doesn’t care about you because they’re based in London. Don’t let them convince you that they’re really in Los Angeles. Use another app. This one isn’t good.

The best way to achieve fitness goals

This app changed my lifestyle. I have never felt so fit and healthy. I am able to adjust the workouts according to my schedule and to my lifestyle. The coaches are incredibly skilled and knowledgeable. The support team is always responsive and helpful.
