This app has helped me find parking a few times in places that there used to be none. That’s great!! And it was how the app was presented to me. That it was for creating new parking areas where there isn’t parking to be had. So imagine my surprise when I got home to find out that the trucks stop parking lot I’ve used for nearly 15 years is now $10 per night because of this app. That’s still reasonable but not what this was supposed to be about. I spend plenty of money in the store of the truck stop I park in to go home every single time. It doesn’t really ring ethical, imho, that this app is touted for CREATING new parking spaces but is also allowing truck stops and other such parking areas that already exist to join the app just to be greedy. It’s disheartening and feels dishonest. That being said, I am a dues paying subscriber to the app and it does find parking when all the free parking seems taken.

This was a helpful tool for weekend or long term parking. But now that they are moving into more and more truck stops it nothing more than old fashioned extortion.

I paid for a full week of parking and confirmed with the staff twice where I was supposed to park. I even returned the next day and was reassured that my truck was parked in the correct spot. Despite these confirmations, my truck was still towed. Afterward, neither the parking location nor the app accepted responsibility. The app’s support is very limited, and many of its partner parking locations appear to lack proper communication and accurate information.As a result, I was forced to deal with towing fees, recovery costs, wasted time, and significant stress. What is most frustrating is that I followed the instructions given to me and still ended up paying the price for someone else’s mistake. I strongly recommend avoiding this service. If something goes wrong, you could end up losing thousands of dollars while being left without any meaningful support or accountability.

No customer service
I am trying to make my first reservation and the app won’t allow me to add my truck. I have attempted to contact customer service three times and all I get is a list of FAQs which do not help. There is no one to help you if you have a small issue. What happens if you have a big one? I tend to avoid businesses that cannot be contacted in any way.

Great customer response and convenient service.
Had an issue, where like a dumbo’ I booked the wrong date. They are transparent and say no refunds before booking so totally my fault. Submitted a form, and they updated the dates for me under 5 minutes. Even got a call by the gentleman named Jeremy, super friendly and helpful with a speedy efficient resolution.
The service is convenient and great to have access to extra parking when needed. Thanks for providing truckers this extra wiggle room, thanks Jeremy and thanks to the whole truck parking club!

Not for o/o that don’t own land!
Truck parking club charges more than some of the big truck stops if you don’t own land and can reciprocate. This isn’t drivers helping drivers! Everywhere I have been to looks like a junk yard! Paying 25-50 to worry about getting a nail in your tire. Think I will stick with truck stops.

Fraud
This app is a fraud. They charge me $1300 for a parking lot. For two months, but when I run into another person who parked there, they pay only $450 a month directly from the renters. So I canceled my membership and I signed up with them now I only pay $450 a month.
Wildly Over Priced
Plus now I see that somehow they are charging to park on a public road in Ocala FL.
They don't post negative reviews
Be careful and do not trust reviews about parking lots. The company is not interested in customers leaving negative feedback even if you have evidence of suspicious activity on the territory. Check it out. You won't find them.
