Dispatchers can push pickup assignments directly to available drivers, complete with destination terminal, origin yard, and load notes, and monitor acceptance in real time with automatic release and reassignment if a driver doesn't respond. Once a trip is underway, the app provides live tracking with ETA, distance covered, and distance remaining, along with a timeline of key milestones from yard departure to terminal arrival.
