About

Truck Trip Manager keeps the paperwork of a trucking business in one place, on your phone, and it works with no signal at all. RECORD A TRIP FROM START TO FINISH Open a trip, capture the starting odometer, and log what happens along the way — fuel, tolls, scales, repairs, meals, lumpers and everything else. Close it with the ending odometer and the trip stands as a complete record. CAPTURE INSTEAD OF TYPE Photograph a receipt and the app reads the merchant, date and amount off it. Scan a bill of lading or proof of delivery straight into the trip. Point the camera at the odometer instead of squinting and typing. Or just say it — "forty-five dollars diesel in Thunder Bay" — and it becomes an entry. Anything the app reads or hears is a suggestion you can correct before it is saved. BUILT FOR IFTA AND YEAR END Record distance and fuel by jurisdiction as you go, and the quarterly IFTA summary assembles itself from what you entered. Year-end reports break every category out the way an accountant asks for it, and export as PDF or CSV. FLEET AND DRIVERS Admins manage trucks, trailers, maintenance schedules and recurring expenses, review what drivers submitted, and hold the permissions that matter — including who is allowed to delete a trip. YOUR RECORDS STAY YOURS Everything runs on the device. There is no account to create, no server to reach, and nothing is sent to us — we could not read your records if we wanted to. Back them up, export them, or erase every trace of them from inside the app. WHAT IT IS NOT Truck Trip Manager is a record-keeping tool. It is not a certified Electronic Logging Device, and it does not replace your accountant, your tax adviser, or the records the law requires you to keep. Review what it produces before you rely on it or file it.
