About
TruckEase
TruckEase is a driver-focused mobile app that simplifies dispatch management, shift tracking, task coordination, and delivery documentation for trucking and logistics operations.
Drivers can view assigned dispatches and manage their work shift from start to finish. When a driver starts a shift, the app begins location tracking to support live trip visibility and accurate route monitoring. Location tracking runs only while an active shift is in progress and automatically stops when the driver ends the shift.
In addition to dispatches, drivers can create their own tasks, assign or share tasks with other drivers, and collaborate directly within the app. Tasks can include attachments such as images, PDF files, audio recordings, and videos to capture and share important information in real time.
Drivers can upload Proof of Delivery (POD) documents and submit fuel receipts directly through the app, reducing paperwork and streamlining back-office processes.
