Worst customer service
I’ve emailed. I’ve used chat and it extremely difficult to get help. Our business has turned into a truck stop and this app is partly to blame and I can’t get it stopped.

Love trucker path
I love trucker path. It has yet to let me down. But hasn’t always given me the same path when needed. But I’m a trucker and I do know you can’t always rely on your gps. It’s well worth being a member.

Good Thing
This app is a really good thing. Since using it I haven’t been on a street that said “no trucks” like google. They could go back to being free or cheaper but technology does cost. Happy to have it because it’s 99% accurate. Only new constructions or traffic patterns have been the flaws.

We’ve never seen any Apps makes all devices scorching HOT & Battery killer…even with SUPER-Turbo-Charger it will take hours to fully charge as soon as I unplugged the charger this app Drain Battery fast even my IPod battery settings shows how many percent this app is using it’s the highest of all apps. Plus the gps voice stops almost missed my turns and exit we can’t watch the screen n drive at same time . Data harvesting to train AI by using my devices while I’m paying and then sell my personal data to ads is Diabolical plus asking drivers to update place what’s going on? Because of all This is app should be FREE of charge we ask other drivers they said they don’t use it

If you drive trucks you should have this downloaded and an app called on the way it can show weather along your route days in advance these 2 apps are modern day essentials especially for an otr driver
Cluttered mess
I used to rely on this app a lot from when they first started it. It has turned into a cluttered monstrosity. They seem to have lost focus & decided everything they could think to bolt on is a good idea.
It used to be great…
The app no longer allows users to trip plan upcoming loads. If you try to select any location other than “current location,” it will automatically route from your current location, regardless why you chose. I have contacted them repeatedly and they refuse to fix the problem. It’s a shame, $30 a month and I can t even use the features it claims it has.

Forst of all you keep pushing your partnerships and ads so hard into the app we are paying for its sickening.

Bridge Clearances
Please add bridge clearances and also all other low clearances to the main map by default. And not just when you set a travel route.

Over charge
I am starting to get really tick off why do you guys keep changing me 29.99 2 times every month that isn’t what it said it said 29.99 month both 60 a month
