I can’t get the camera to work on the app tried to call and sent emails and I’m not getting no feedback or support

App works great, but…
…I hate how this app wants to track you even when you are not using it. Every morning before the job I have to turn my location on and at the end of the working day I have to turn my location OFF. Otherwise it’s tracking your location nonstop and draining battery.
Why not make it so I can easily check my job for the next day without turning ALWAYS ON location. Make it so when ever I start the day that’s when it starts tracking me. At least copy it from the (Vulcan) TRUX app that’s been around for a long time.
Please fix it. Other drivers that I work with, they too hate this unnecessary tracking.

The app uses location tracking to propose better solutions while building routes. However if you close the app, geolocation tracking will stop. Your opinion is important to us, thank you for your feedback. Please, contact the support team for more information.
Add a feature
Please add a feature when I enter tonnage or ticket number ONLY numbers pop up not the whole 26 letter alphabet.

The app uses the numeric keyboard when entering weight, and alphanumeric for ticket "number" because there are cases where letters are needed. Please, contact support team for more information. Thanks for the feedback.
