The only app i’ve ever used but……
Great app but it would be very helpful if we could swipe on the load to clear and delete it off the search when we’re looking.. thanks
Doesn’t off minimum rate per mile search
By not offering a minimum rate per mile search, Truckstop app forces you to weed thru all the horrible rates that brokers post with their cheap freight.
A simple added feature would make the truckers rates increase because brokers wouldn’t get their cheap rate loads viewed, but Truckstop app caters to brokers not Truckers.
Come Truckstop, add the feature that allows us to set a minimum rate per mile option for our searches.

DARK MODE needed like, yesterday
If Dark Mode was activated and y’all added the option to see loads posted since however many hours ago a user desires, that would be a cherry on top on this already great cake of an app.
Truckstop or abusive brokers
Recently I call a broker about a load from LV to Fontana California. The broker proceeds to tell me the load is delivering to Wilmington California which is another 45 miles. Then I see they have many additional loads going into California. I ask about them and they told me they put up multiple listing for there loads so they can get calls. However they really only have 1 or 2 loads going to the exact same place. This large company is abusing the load board purpose. TQ There is no place for this nonsense and Truckstop is allowing this abuse to happen. I pay for a load board service not a bunch of nonsense. Integrity is the key with the load board. Nevertheless I guess I’ll need to get other boards.

Samsung issue
Seems our dispatcher that has Samsung phones can’t get app to work then tried reinstalling and app doesn’t come up on store also when using our web log in our search details go blank every time we log in really frustrating and sometimes just the time it takes to reset our search loads are gone really hurts our pockets as of right now if you don’t have it yet not worth the risk in investing in this app and it not working 3 weeks ago it was great from then to now don’t know what happen but it’s trash hope they fix soon

Won’t load all the loads posted.
App has trouble loading all the loads posted in my area. It will just show 40 loads out of 326. Spoke with support and was told this is a problem with iPhone and that I have to go slow when scrolling for it to work correctly. Well if this is a know problem then why can’t it be fixed? I have free load boards and never have an issue with them.

Good load board but App is awful
I regularly have to delete and reinstall app. Try to login gives me errors. Have great service or WiFi, everything works until I search for a load and it just keeps buffering, so then I have to reinstall app. I’m considering switching load boards due to just the app. When I’m on desktop, no problem but this app is pure garbage.

Horrible service
This service used to be excellent. Now the customer service and tech support is nonexistent. You can only contact chat support. When you explain your issues and you are told to unload and reload the app. And that doesn’t work. This has been happening for over a month. They are taking your money and you’re getting no service. When you ask for a direct contact for tech-support you’re told there isn’t one. I’ve been with this company for a couple of years and it was excellent at first but now the worst on the market.

Complete degradation
The app became next to impossible for use. Too many errors, too many good features don’t work anymore. It’s a constant mess and nightmare. It doesn’t delete old searches, app changes my parameters on its own, adds equipment I don’t have, add dates I don’t need, sometimes doesn’t open search results at all so it requires to logout and re-login. Sorting loads by age is like the app has dementia or it’s a kindergarten child who doesn’t know that 3 hours is longer period of time than 3 minutes. Extremely disappointing and frustrating. No live chat, agents are always busy, endless transfers from one extension to another on the phone, useless Frequently Asked Questions.

Not very good.
Can’t easily scroll thru loads because it will keep opening random loads.
Than you choose type of load (let’s say truckload) and it will change it to partial or unidenrified on it’s own.

Would be nice if the mobile app had a dark screen option. White background be to bright for some.
Not what I expected
I purchased the app because I recently started my own freight transportation company and got a call from truck stop about their services and how they were the number one app out there. To my opinion it’s not it wasn’t easy to use. It showed less available freights than the other app I use as well. I mean if its called the number one app it has to be for a reason but I experienced none.

I think they should increase the tools, such as removing loads from your load board that you are not interested in, reporting suspicious loads, even removing loads that are no longer available but still appear on the load board, You call them and they tell you that they are covered and they make us waste our time and money

Keeps logging me out!
The app keeps logging me out and popping an error message when I try to log back in. I have to delete the app and reinstall to get back in. This just started about 2 months ago. Fix it!!!! I pay too much money for this to keep happening.
Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t
Been using it for 2 years. Sometimes it tells you wrong password when it’s not wrong, or doesn’t filter out weight. You have to call and deal with customer service to fix it. The website has so many features and they refuse to update the app and bring it up to standard. The app is a totally different entity not even connected to the site like most apps are. It’s a big hot mess and really frustrating

One thing I would add is the option to dismiss a load after you look at it. A lot of times the broker doesn’t add everything, like ramps/load levelers, on a stepdeck needed. So if you look and know you can’t do it you can swipe left or something similar. That way you don’t see it again.
Signs me out all the time
Lately, after signing in and searching for loads, app freezes when I want to return to my dashboard or it signs me out. Frustrating as all get out, especially when time is $.
The worst app
If I could give this app zero starts I would, Victoria was very nice and friendly to get my signed up but after complaining she stop answering my phone calls, what a wast of time and money, the app needs so much improvement and the brokers on here are living in the past with poor rates, what a disappointment!! Guys don’t wast you’re money on this app, I canceled after 3 days, i haven’t booked one load and it’s been a week already,

Maybe I’m missing something
Was interested in checking out this load board. After signing up I find that I have no access to any features in the app. In order to see the quality of loads and the app itself I have to pay for a monthly subscription. That fee is, of course, fine if I decided to use the app, but not before seeing the quality.
Your competitor, DAT, allows anyone to freely browse their load board. Just can’t book anything without the monthly subscription. Since they aren’t hiding how their app works behind a pay wall, I guess I will stick with DAT.

Getting ripped off
Don’t ever purchase this service !!!!! Guy on the phone did an end around billed my credit card without getting me the service then tech support couldn’t figure it out ... less then 12 hours into this I asked just to have my money refunded they refused .... stay away from this service they are out to rob u ....
