Thank you for your honest feedback. We understand that pricing matters, and we've shared your comments with our team. If you have suggestions about what would make the app worth it for you, we'd love to hear them from our support team.
Dangerous weight-limit routing error
The app rejected the standard route, generated a truck route, and stated: “Fits your vehicle, all restrictions avoided.”
It then directed my 57.5-tonne tractor/tanker onto an approach with a bridge posted at a maximum of 28 tonnes.
That is a serious safety and compliance failure, not a minor navigation error. I independently verified the 28-tonne restriction using official Québec transportation information.
The interface is good, but I cannot rely on a truck-routing app that says all restrictions are avoided while routing a 57.5-tonne combination toward infrastructure limited to 28 tonnes. Until weight-restriction routing is dependable, I would not use this for professional heavy-truck route validation.
