Doesn’t work

Taiwan disappeared as an option for “Location”. Are you being bullied by China to eliminate the Taiwan location option. You are cowards. App doesn’t work. Disappointing.

Does not even start, crashes continuously on iPhone 6+ latest iOS version .... Totally useless. Don't know how much was paid to get that app developed but given the end result, this is way too much

Worthless

I completely rely on this app because of my busy schedule and language barrier (English-speaker living in Taiwan). The app ceased to function after I updated to iOS 8, and when the app was finally updated (over three weeks later), it failed to open because of persistent crashing. I am beyond disappointed in the app and True Yoga's lack of commitment to its clients.

How do I book a class with True App?

You can book your favorite classes directly through the True App. Online booking closes 2 hours before a class commences. For Yoga, Aerobics, and Spinning, booking times are 9 PM, 9:30 PM, and 10 PM respectively.

Can I cancel a class booked through True App?

Yes, online class cancellation is available up to 2 hours before the class starts. You can also cancel via phone call or at the center reception until the class begins.

How does the online waiting list work in True App?

Vacancies on the waiting list are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. An email is sent when a spot opens, and the first member to acknowledge it gets the slot. The waiting list expires 2 hours before class.

The server experiences the highest booking traffic daily from 9 PM to 10 PM. To avoid issues, try booking outside these peak hours. Booking commencement times for different classes are staggered.
