Easy to Navigate — Room for Improvement
I’ve had a great experience using this app for work so far. It’s very user-friendly, easy to navigate, and has made completing my documentation and notes much more efficient. I appreciate how simple it is to use throughout my shift.
There are a few features that I think could make the experience even better:
•Signature box: When completing notes, the signature field at the bottom doesn’t stay fixed in place. Instead, the screen moves while trying to sign, making it difficult to write a signature accurately with your finger.
•Unknown visits: If an “Unknown Visit” is started because your shift isn’t on the schedule, the app automatically clocks you out after one hour. It would be helpful if this didn’t happen automatically or if staff received a warning beforehand.
•Weekly hours: I really like that the app shows scheduled hours compared to actual hours worked for the current week. It would be even more useful if users could also view previous weeks.
•Time correction requests: Occasionally staff forget to clock in or out, and mistakes happen. Adding a feature that allows employees to submit a timecard correction request directly through the app for management approval would make correcting those errors much easier.
Overall, I’m very happy with what the app currently offers. It’s been a helpful tool for my job, and these are simply a few suggestions that I believe would make an already solid app even better. Thank you for continuing to improve it! 🫶
