Can’t update payment info
I can’t update my payment info (simply a new credit card) in the app. I scrounged around and finally asked the automated chat how to do it, and it said it had to put in a ticket, so could I supply my name and email address. This was after I logged in in the app.

Takes forever to ship. 3-4 weeks. And something is always pulled out of the shipment due to unavailability when it says it’s available. Also was shipped the wrong color jeans.

Tall tees
Tall tees are perfect for those tall lengthy guys. I highly recommend them. Best fit for my frame. I’ve tried other shirts but they don’t fit the same as Classic fit!!!

Could not ask for better shirts or better service. I’ve had such great service that I won’t be buying my shirts anywhere else ever again.
The new design of the app is awful
The new design of the app is awful. I've been shopping with True Classic for a while and their most recent update of the app makes it impossible to browse through clothing on a general scale. You have to select the type of clothing you want (fine) and then filter down from there (cumbersome). It is clearly meant to make shopping more efficient by only letting you see the items you're looking for, but it takes away the ability to "browse the racks" and see what's out there. Also, you can't even really look at the clearance items anymore. They have a whole tab that makes you select the type of clothing you want (fine) and then the size (also smart) but if you try to click the item you want to see what it looks like it instead adds it to your cart.
The folks at TC clearly thought they were making things more efficient, but really it's just going to make me shop with them less frequently. Nice job morons.

Tee and Jean addiction here
Let start with the tees . I have found myself wearing my TC tee more often then my Armani Pima , and believe me I have every color Armani has ever offered . The crew neck curved hem by TC is my new favorite shirt .
Now for the jeans , I have need a Hudson wearer forever and have them all . I ended up purchasing the true classic slim fit stretch jeans , just to take a chance and see if I liked them enough to wear to work . They have exceeded my expectations and are currently my new favorite jeans . I’ve bought 2 set of jeans and probably well over 40 tees . Wash on Cold and always hang to dry and there will be zero shrinkage. Some of the heather shirts run small and shrink bad . Otherwise I’ll never buy a Armani Pima or Hudson Jeans again

2 orders didn’t show up
I ordered a couple of hoodies a while back. Waited then was told they were out of stock and had a refund.
I’ve just waited 3 weeks for some jeans and a hoodie. No show again. So I’ve asked for another refund.
Update. It came the day after I asked for a refund. Just after the 3 week point. I told customer service they can cancel the refund as I had the items and they said to keep it for free.

Great shirts/ not so great app.
The True Classic shirts are amazing. However, their tracking is worthless. In fact, their tracking is non-existent. These shirts cost a lot of money, I should be able to track the shipments.

I love the chance to look good and be comfortable at the same time.
App Needs Improvement
The products are great. However, I think the app needs massive improvements: Have a zoom feature throughout the app, especially for item pictures; also, the items on each package needs better visuals to see fabric types and fabric designs because some colors are too dark to discern fabric. Finally, the app feels rigid.

Why is the pricing wrong
Why is it that whenever I check out my 3 shirt pack for 60$ the price instantly jumps to 100$? It said it’s on sale from 80 to 60$ then it jumps to 100$

You a dude? You like no frills, classic timeless style, and comfort? Then shop only at True Classic and get the rest of your life together. The ONLY PLACE I plan on shopping until death. 6th star on the rating, were that possible. Stay hard y’all.
Never going back
This brand is awesome from the fibers in the shirt to the customer service. I like a simple, plain, comfy tee when I’m not working and True Classic won me over from the first purchase. Started with short sleeves, then a pack of 6 white shirts for undershirts, then went all in and swapped out all my shirt sleeves, long sleeves, undershirts, golf polos, fleece zip hoodies, puffer jackets, and yeah…they’re pretty good I guess. lol
