Zelle don’t work
So I keep getting an error message every time I try to login with Zelle I have not been able to transfer funds using Zelle in over six months. Every time I login I do receive a text message to make sure I am who I say I am but then boom error no specific code just error.
CP Fed Preferred
Don’t like this financial institution since it changed over to the generic version of a credit union! They increase the difficulty of getting a loan of any kind! I had CP Fed Credit Union for many years before being notified of the changeover and was being optimistic that the practices would remain the same but I was sadly disappointed! Will look for a credit union that is actually working for the people!

The app is updated frequently with relevant services that continue to make it better and better. It has great features like bill payment, Zelle, the ability to control all of my cards, see my credit score, get text alerts and so much more. Keep up the good work!

Not able to make any purchase or view anything associated with my truecc bank because the app is down? 🤨 worst banking in America 0/10 do not recommended get it together btc

It’s fast and convient. It a good tool to move money around or check balance, or keep track of your loans etc..

App crashes all the time, it gives me issues all the time when trying to use Zelle, it is very slow and I don’t like the fact that when you open the app, you immediately see your account balance.
Completely unusable
The app UI is extremely buggy and doesn’t allow you to login. Whenever you try to paste in your username or password, the login page jumps around and doesn’t receive the paste.

App freeze and locks all the time. I can’t transact in the app because it locks up every time goes to a new page. Horrible!
A month and they still didn’t see it coming
Two credit unions merged, with all of one transferring to the other. Received several emails to “get ready”. Then when it’s time to use the one credit union’s app (True Community), I’m unable to register my account, change user name, and change password. Glad I was given a month to suddenly not be able to access my money. Still haven’t spoken to anyone on the phone due to high call volume.

This update is aweful. Why was Face ID removed? When I click the “forgot username/password” link it asks for my info then says there is already an account with those details please login 🤦♂️
