Can’t get in
I can’t get in this app cause it. It’ll just have the TrueGrade logo just right there and I wait and wait and wait and wait and guess what it’s not there so I hate this app.

I loaded the app and it would not load. So I deleted and reloaded the app. Still will not even fire up.

App No Longer Opens
The app no longer opens it is stuck on loading screen. When the app was working it gave very unreliable grades. I scanned my 1965 topps baseball cards and none scored below a 9. As much as I would love for this to be true, it most certainly is not. Was hoping to get a close realistic approximation of grades but that is not the case.

Did not load for 15 minutes and it wasn’t even my internet. Then once I finally got into the app the heading wasn’t working i tried many things with the lighting and different cards but it wouldn’t work. fix your app please

While the concept sounds promising, the app fails to load and therefore I was never able to try it.

Glitched Immediately
I downloaded the app, then tried scanning a card. It loaded up to 99% on the last part and froze there. Kept giving an error message that mistakes happen. I tried repeatedly, then tried a different card. Same result every time, so I removed it. Useless! So disappointing!
Terrible
Waste of time. Doesn’t work most of the time and if it does, the ratings are all over the place.
Doesn’t work
App times out while it’s supposedly grading your card and says “retry”. Even though it’s free I still feel ripped off.
