What was the actual point of this update ? I’ve picked up shifts and they’ve been confirmed and it’s been almost a week and they haven’t shown up in the app. So it’s either my agency or this app that’s the issue. Idk.

This app ONLY is stuck in landscape mode
ONLY this app is stuck in landscape mode. Yes, I’ve messed with portrait orientation lock, uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted my phone and scoured the internet and there is NO remedy! Please help! It’s driving me insane.

This switch by my agency has been a complete soup sandwich. Yes, previous app was great no issues and for the first time I am using paper while being notified that is not welcome. How else am I to get paid? 1.5 rating ha! No wonder

Been submitting paper time sheets all week! I hate this app with a passion!!! Has NOT worked properly since I installed it…smh!!! I wish they would just go back to the old app we had no problems at all!!
HORRIBLE APP!
Have reinstalled this app more times than I can count! Can only clock in randomly and when I can.. I can NEVER clock out!!! App closes /crashes as soon as you hit save ! Have to do paper time sheets every shift! Never seen such a bad app ever !! DNA needs to dump this ASAP!

App keeps crashing. Super upset too bc my agency says they're "no longer accepting paper time sheets". How am I supposed to get paid if the apps won't let me clock in or out?!?!

Ive installed, uninstalled, reinstalled this app over ten times. I even went as far as wiping my phone clean. This app will let me clock in, but when I attempt to save a supervisor signature it always closes.

My agency switched to this app for whatever reason and it garbage. It allows me to clock in but when I go to clock out it shuts completely out.
Force closes before sign is accepted
I keep having to do paper sheets because it’s not allowing me to sign out with a signature, it just force closes. Creating a huge issue with a correct paycheck. Keep being told it is resolved and it’s not. Super upsetting.

Absolutely terrible. Should’ve just stayed with the old DNA app or stayed with paper time sheets. Maybe before releasing an app, maybe you should make sure that it actually works first. Every time I try to clock out the app crashes and I get an attitude from the agency
