Stay away. It will charge you £25 and give you nothing. It has no practical value whatsoever. It came up on Facebook, it claimed a quick find out of heritage for £1.99 for a go. When I signed up, it ended up charging me £24.99. And when I went into the app it is a total joke.
I can’t even find a way to get a refund. So I hope it is removed from the app store soon.

Utterly Disappointing
I poured in 50 AUD for a yearly subscription and all it gave me was just to know my ancestral roots. Literally any other options or features I wanted to explore demanded money from me. It’s more like a money-sucking app.

this app does not let you know that your subscription is very limited and that all the add-ons cost more money. There is no scientific basis of the ancestry here. It’s merely for entertainment. A year subscription is very limited and does not explain what you actually receive for that.

I tried this app and it seems that is for entertainment only of the programmers. I paid for it and immediately saw that was just a scam. When I tried to cancel, I saw nowhere to cancel in the app, so o wrote their help; they reply almost instantly that in order to cancel, it had to be in the app, but I couldn’t find the way. So beware of this app.

Do not download. Absolute rubbish. I used this app thinking it would provide some good insights to support the work I had done through and dna tracing… but it was largely wrong with fairy tale stories that make no sense. What’s more you subscribe and then have to pay more to get any of the fairytale information out of it. Complete waste of money- avoid at all costs.

I fell into the trap - scanned my face to get a “report”, when the report was “ready” had to subscribe to access. Ok, why not, €15/mo, I can cancel so I’ll be paying €15 for this report, price of a movie, might be worth it. I knew it was probably junk but took the risk.
What I did not expect was that subscribing did NOT lead to a “download your report here” button, in fact my €15 gave access to NOTHING but the ability to buy a variety of other “reports”.
I emailed the company to see if I missed something - surely I was supposed to be able to get that initial report somehow? Or something?
No response so far 🫤.

Não comprem. O App trava e não funciona, mesmo pagando para ter todas as funcionalidades liberadas.

Après avoir payé l’abonnement, vous n’accèderez qu’au résultat de base, et il faudra encore payer pour en voir plus. Mais ce n’est pas tout, vous serez quand même limité dans votre recherche journalière. Alors vous aurez le choix entre attendre le lendemain pour en savoir plus ou bien sur PAYER toujours et encore pour acheter des crédits et avoir les résultats plus rapidement.
Sans parler des résultats complètement aléatoire et peu fiable.
