Impossible to unsubscribe
So I subscribed few months ago ago , never really get into using service , the concept is great but narrators sounds like AI , no emotions , reading style quicker put you asleep than get into certain books …I tried few books and always wasn’t able listen till the end .
I subscribed through the web , now I can’t unsubscribe, the web site redirects me to the Apple Store while I’m subscribed through the web , I tried contact through What’s Up, Telegram , Email nobody responded and few days ago I been charged again . Plus constantly I getting emails about new books , sometimes two during a day and also there is no way to unsubscribe from them.

This app is the best I have come across for beneficial knowledge they have a wide variety of content and even content for kids

I’m sincerely grateful toward Allah for this benefit but unfortunately I’m not able to send any of this content to my surroundings (and the Muslim community here) because they don’t understand English. I’m a 100% sure, and Allah knows best, that it would benefit to so so many French muslims or even African muslims (who speak French) if you make the contents avalaible in this language.
May Allah accept your work for the community, may Allah make it beneficial and a source of good for our ummah, may Allah reward you alll in this dunya and the akhira, may Allah use you in His path 🤲🏼

Love the app but...
Love the app but wish it had Apple Watch support as well. Id love to be able to use the app without carrying my phone around, for example on a walk or at the gym without having tiktok or other apps to distract me while listening

The app makes it so easy for us to learn the Qur’an along with the translation in the best possible and understandable way.
Super informative and easy to navigate
I have been using the TrueIlm app for over 6 months now. The app is UI friendly, easy to navigate and a really good option to listen to the audiobooks while doing other chores.
Easy to Use and a Great Start to Reading

This app was exactly what I was looking for. While online you can find PDF’s of books from scholars or Muslim authors on certain Islamic topics… but that does come with a risk of not knowing what site you are on or what you’re actually downloading. Essentially, every time I am pushing download on a book I am praying it isn’t a virus! I trust Muslims don’t get me wrong, but you really don’t know who is on the other side of that web page.
This app is the answer to my struggles in my quest for knowledge (true Ilm even). I have enjoyed my usage of the True Ilm application for a few reasons: 1) It is a secure venue and avenue where I can access the books I like but also find new books in a safe manner from a trustable source. 2) I am able to have a whole library in my phone with the touch of a finger. 3) You can customize which types of literature you are interested in; meaning the user experience is extremely friendly (especially for someone who is not good with technology or those who experience choice fatigue). 4) For someone who is usually traveling or moving around a lot in their life, the audio book option is a necessity for me as I often don’t have time to sit and just read. 5) The vast selection of literature ranging from elaborate books to ones for those who struggle with reading or even youth is amazing.
I highly recommend this book to everyone who wants to develop the habit of reading or even have youth who you want to start reading.
May Allah make this app popular within the Ummah and strengthen the Ummah’s knowledge through its services.🤲

App Not Working
After updating to iOS 26, the app doesn’t work. I’m taken back to the home screen whenever I try to open the app. Please fix.

Stop working
It was a great app up until it was recently updated. I have tried to click into the app and it does not seem to open. Any help would be great thank you.

The price of the app subscription is too much.
Great but not complete
I really love this app and so happy it exists. It’s got a lot of great resources and the interface is nice. The issue is it’s extremely glitchy, almost feels like the app was not finished being built. So it puts you off from using it regularly. Really wish they’d clean it up so it can be used easily and regularly.

The App is great but….
It has a decent collection and I can’t wait for more. This is something I have actually wanted and I’m happy it’s finally here. However, the audiobook sounds like it’s AI generated and I don’t really like that. Now I’m not sure but the audio for some of the ebooks is a bit off. But overall it’s still a good app.
