A very practical and functional metronome app.
It has the features I need, is easy to use, and stays focused on what matters most without unnecessary complexity. The interface is straightforward, and it takes very little time to set up and start practicing.
What deserves special mention is the developer's support. I contacted him with a few suggestions, and he responded quickly, thoughtfully, and professionally. To my surprise, some of those suggestions were implemented and released in a new version of the app shortly afterward.
It's great to see a developer who genuinely listens to users and continues improving the app based on feedback.
Recommended for anyone looking for a simple, practical, and reliable metronome.

Simplicity
This app is an electronic metronome with one bell and no unnecessary whistles. Set the BPM, optional sound on a particular beat if you want and go. You can also tap the beat on the screen and it will set the tempo. Its simplicity is a feature.

Приложение полезно для музыкантов для контроля темпа и ритма. Понятный интерфейс, работает корректно.

Очень познавательное приложение, звук чистый и естественный, не режет уши, удобный и приятный интерфейс. В приложении максимальный темп 208, что вполне хватает для выполнения личных задач

New bug
I have used this app for years now and had no problem, but starting yesterday (Dec. 15, 2025) it now gives me prompts on how to use the app but the prompts won’t go away and allow me to use the metronome.

My metronome
This is the only metronome app whose sound I can tolerate for long practice sessions. I play the piano.
Impressed
I use this daily for violin practice. The natural decay of the sound makes long sessions much less tiring compared to other apps I’ve tried.
MY METRONOME
I feel like I’ve been using this app since apps were invented. I probably had this app on my iPhone 5. Never fails me whether I’m playing guitar or saxophone.
Works well
This app work well on my iPad Pro 2011. It is quite easy to forget it is not the clockwork version it is based on.

Works well, does the trick, and a one time purchase cost, instead of those leaching subscriptions! Fantastic!
Nothing fancy, just does what is needed
I use several different metronome apps when I want specific features (SoundBrenner for the whole screen flash on beat one when playing with a group, Smart Metronome and Timer when I need the temp or time signature to change during a piece) but this is my go to app when I just need a simple beat, one click per beat with a clear bell on beat one. It might seem minor but it’s really good that it starts instantly when you open the app.

Not up to expected standard
This metronome does work, but refuses to align to movement of my iPad (the advertising claims it will work) which causes problems. Firstly the iPad has to sit on one side with speakers which isn’t ideal and is completely unusable whilst the iPad is charging as it would require it to sit on the side the cable it plugged into so is not possible. It is possible to use the app with the metronome on it’s side but doing this ruins the aesthetic of the skeuomorphic metronome interface. If the screen would realign in all four directions, instead on just the least desirable one, this would be a great app and ideal for me. As it is, this app was not worth buying and I wish I had realised at the time there is also a ‘lite’ version I could have tried first.

I must be missing something
I bought this as aid for improving gait and movement in Parkinson's - the comments on the app were very good.But I have never had a metronome, and never been concermed with the ins and outs of its historical use. I wanted an easy to use app on my mobile where all you had was a simple way of changing the beat interval and with an easy to set loudness.
I spent over an hour trying to get anything to work - there were no instructions that i could find. It was not intuitive to me and all the information seems to be provided here.
I want to know what to push or swipe to make each function start and stop. not easy if you have a tremor either

Perfect simple metronome
I love the simplicity of this metronome and the realistic sound. I have found that paying to get the full capabilities of the app is definitely worth it.
