all it does it use your camera to watch you. use your microphone and just turns up your phone brightness

It is very plain and simple design.
Can’t actually take a photo from the interface. Which means you have to close the App, which defeats the purpose of having it.
I think that this is only for providing the light and you need to use another camera.
You can adjust Tint, color and brightness. If it’s only meant to provide light, then it does the job quite well.
But I suspect as I did and others, was expecting it to actually take the photo as well. But it doesn’t.

Does the job without intrusive ads
Works well without the intrusive advertising found on some not-really-free apps. Took me a couple minutes to work out how to expand the view to fill the iPad’s screen, rather than just showing a phone-sized image in the center. How about adding a magnifying mode, where the image is zoomed in? This would make the app extra useful for makeup, shaving, etc.
