An excellent addition to the True Potential stack — AI seamlessly integrated into existing records with no copying or pasting. The conversation recorder is particularly impressive, providing both a concise summary and a full transcript with audio for easy reference and detail-checking.
Great app
This latest version of the app is great, the new UI is modern and easy to understand. I love the ability to impersonate my clients and swap between them seamlessly.
Brand new app
Ignore old reviews, app has been updated so is brand new. This is a tool specific for financial advisers.

Rubbish
This App is useless. It shows I have over £8 million but no investment history as it all shows as 0. I wish I had that much money. My husband’s is the same. This is assuming you can log in. Absolutely useless. I would give it zero stars if I could. It’s been like this for 2 years.

Still rubbish - even after update
When going through all the work of an update how about not updating 'a minor part of the risk reward questionnaire' and instead actually fixing the app so one can log in? I can't even get as far as the ATR bit to see what's been updated!
Still crashes on start up and log in. Have had the TP app for some time but haven't been able to log in for about a year or more. A message would come up saying I needed to use this app instead. Fair enough I thought. I'll use the other app (this one). This app is rubbish. 81 out of 100 times I can't log in and when I do it kicks me straight back out. If I manage to stay in long enough I can't see clients' mobile numbers nor can I press the number to dial like was possible in the standard app. Instead I have to remember the number close the app and try and dial it before I forget. Even the 'copy and paste' function has been lost! If I forget the number I have to start from scratch and try to log in again. Rubbish. Classic TP reliability.
