Automatically Adds a Tip
It’s upsetting to me that a tip is automatically added - especially when I have to get my own drink. This app may never be used again.

Great Place, Awful App
Been going here quite some time, and another great lunch today. BUT the Old Carolina App has been a constant battle to try to use, and after struggling with it again today I finally gave up and deleted it. 5 Stars for food, -10 for this mess. The older versions actually did work!
Bad customer service
Made a double order at the Massillon store by mistake. Called the store and they said they would cancel it. Never got cancelled. Contacted corporate two times and never got a reply. Will never go here again. Worst customer service.
