Quality clothing
I love the quality of True .But the company need to work on when the item is no longer available, take it down of the website. Sometimes you can put an item in your cart and then the item would be removed bc no size is available. That’s confusing. Also offer more percentage off than 10%. And charging a restock fee in crazy. If someone return an item bc they can’t wear it, why charge. True Religion does not have many onsite stores,so it’s hard to know if something really fit well based off chart & reviews. I’m happy & I am a True shopper! Congrats on making a nice brand. Just work on a few things.

Maybe you should start using a different shipping company like UPS or something else They have an excellent product, but when ordering from their website, it will give you a certain shipping day so you expect your package you get a call from the shipping company, which is FedEx because that’s the only one that they have stating your product will be delivered, but you never receive it so when you call or get a hold of customer support, they tell you to wait and check the FedEx tracking numbers and maybe your package is there it should update shortly after they gave you a specific delivery date. Why does the package not update on the website? Why does it not update on your account with their company?
