Love it!
I love coming to float and to do the oxygen bar. Jessica is amazing, very attentive and caring. She makes the experience even better! I am sleeping better and have less pain. I am going to come every week!!
This app is worthless and costing you business
Absolutely one of the most frustrating apps I have ever used. I like your float service but I don’t think I have ever been able to successfully book a float using this app
So hard to book appointments
Your app is useless. It always tells me booking failed, and then select card, but there’s nothing to select. UPDATE IT.
Can’t login
I can login just fine via the website, but not the app. As such, there’s no point to this app.

Easy to use… was able to book my appointments and love the scratch off game!
Invalid Login Details
I keep being told my login details are invalid on the app, even though I can enter in the same information on the website and login no problem.

True Rest Float Spa knows how to create a great float tank experience. But they apparently don’t know enough about mobile apps to recognize this one is bad enough to actually cause them to lose business. It’s so bad that it would honestly be better to not have an app at all.
It can’t remember who you are, can’t remember your location or favorite spa, the feature to locate nearby locations is broken, once you get stuck in it you can’t get out without closing the app, … I could go on and on.

Pretty bad app
Love my local True Rest but 9 times out of 10 I have to call in to book an appointment because the app fails. After my third attempt today, I’m just giving up.
Moving forward, I’ll just use the app to see what’s available and book on the phone.
If I was a True Rest franchisee, I’d be up in arms. It’s a horrible piece of software.

Does what it needs to do!
I like to browse for upcoming openings and, for that purpose, this app does the job. There are a lot of extras that I don’t use very often but for me, the scheduling functionality is quick and easy.
Cancel my membership
I’m considering canceling my membership and going somewhere else to float just because the app is so bad. The online portal used to be tolerable, but I guess it changed in the last few months and I just hate it and this app. I want to know how many floats I have left, and be able to manage my membership, and add people or remove them online.

Spring 2024 update
This app was recently updated, and it went from Ok to terrible. it won’t save my login info and you basically have to go through an entire waiver to set up one appointment.
Great Float Spa/Terrible App
It’s amazing to me that a company which provides a great sensory deprivation float experience, could condemn customers to such an awful app and online experience. The app says my password is incorrect—even though I can log in my account in a browser using the same password. I requested a password reset link by email to see if that works fix the app login but the link is blocked as unsafe. Someone else complained that the app doesn’t remember your location. Well, the website doesn’t either.

Not User Friendly
After many years of complaints from other users, True Rest and the app developers continue to be deaf of the concerns that could make this app more useful. When a member opens the app, they have to always select a location. When you choose "Closest To Me" it maps the entire United States... and the user still has to zoom in to get to the closest location. There should be an option for member's preferred location.

Doesn’t Work
App doesn’t work. Closest to me showed Africa, I’m in Georgia! I input city and zip, it just reset and nothing. Do something or remove this because it is truely a waste of time. So much for relaxing after a float.
App is pointless
Will not let me login with the password I use on the website. Makes it really hard to choose my location, and doesn’t save the location so I have to choose it every time. Overall very rough and causes so much stress that you need a Float.
True Rest app is half baked idea of customer service.
The true rest app is a major example of lazy design. I have an account and pay a monthly subscription for floats. But the app is not logged into anything important in my account. It only lets me book appointments. And in the most cumbersome manner. Every time I missy choose a location by zip or state and city. Why can the app not remember my local and usual location?
Worse yet today I need to cancel an appointment it the app only shows upcoming but doesn’t let you manage appointments.
And nowhere can I review and manage my subscription to either suspend or cancel.
My local spa has great staff but the company seems incapable of creating a good customer interface. The app need to redesigned from the first line of code.

App broken
The app won’t do anything. It doesn’t find any spas when you try and search and if it won’t find spas you can’t do anything else with it. Useless.
Just use their website
As much as I love True Rest, this app is useless. It will not allow the scheduling of a session, which is the entire reason I wanted to use the app. True Rest promotes app usage, but not sure if they realize how ineffective the app it is.
Useless
This app used to work years ago. Now, it can’t even populate true rest locations and you’re unable to book appointments.
