This app is completely unreliable. It often won’t let me login. All my account numbers are in there and I couldn’t use the phone ai without them.
App need work
It took me 10 min to deposit a check because the deposit button was missing from my web page. I eneded up figuring it out on the app but is was painful
Difficult to make payment
Only app I have ever had with an auto loan that requires verified money transfers just to make a simple payment. They make it so difficult to make a payment I have to call in every single month.
Mobile deposit
The mobile deposit has disappeared from the app?? Ive tried on IOS and android and its not there

Your daily limit on mobile deposits is way too low! I have banked with you since 1998 but recently moved to NC. I have to move funds from another bank at tax time and having to write multiple checks on a limited check writing account for 1 deposit into your bank, is frustrating. I also couldn’t find the limit without calling…

App update
The latest update messed the VISA account up. It does not have a running total and does not show payments made. Very hard to decifer transactions.
Customer service
I do everything from my iPhone. When you change the app,(& why??) it really messes me up because I draw a blank screen.

Love the app
This app does what I need! One request - when using on the iPad, any chance the screen can flip horizontally in the future? Keyboard up-ended is dificult :)

New format harder to read
The app format changed I guess a few months ago, and I just have found it harder to read the app because of its layout and fonts.

They took over our CU and lied to all of use. Worst customer service and overall service ever. Want my old CU back.
Home Screen format
Thanks for the updated app, layout and new screens. I would like to recommend one minor change to the home screen. When you select account summary, I would like for it to automatically explode all accounts so that you don’t have to click another button for the drop-down. Why else would you look at account summary without wanting to explore each individual account? Thank you for the opportunity to submit recommendations.
