No longer works
Before l created an account the app worked wonderfully. As of now- l can’t get into the app. It is stuck on the initial Home Screen and provides no option to sign in or look for stations as it did before. Now I have to actually go online to the web to see if stations are online and open.
No updates since the beginning of June 😱
This app is very helpful for all people who, like me, made a terrible mistake and got a Mirai. I would give it 5 stars because I use it constantly BUT it’s been without an update since 06/07/24. I use this app to plan which station and when to get hydrogen but lately I’ve had to head in blind not knowing which station is online and if you have a hydrogen car you know how stressful that is. Stations go offline for days and at any moment. Please fix the app soon.

Dear dead brain ppl that run True Zero,
You are the reason why EV Hydrogen is going to fail with your fueling stations that are broken, under maintenance, or out of fuel. A R can do much better running your company than you. But why bother when you are charging an exorbitant amount and there is no competition.

Download it multiple times and it doesn’t work. App Store standards are low this days.

No prices for the stations which is really inconvenient. Also why are most of the stations always down i have to drive far for hyrdogen. Not cool il stick to my gasoline cars
Updating some info needed
Just purchased 2 fuel cell vehicles so i will be filling up with hydrogen regularly. Cannot see prices of hydrogen on the app which is really inconvenient. Also i hope true zero will be opening more stations in the valley(van nuys, North Hollywood and surrounding areas). It is necessary

Pointless app will not even register you
I tried to setup and acct after calling true zeros customer service because the only pump in our whole county is down half of the time (or more, really - it’s bad). I registered or so I thought. You’re supposed to get an email to confirm registration but the email never came. The. I tried to register again but the email already exists! So I try forget password and the link to reset the password - you guessed it!- never comes. Checked all my fielders, spam and trash. Unable to register therefore unable to use the app. Truly pointless.

I sign up with my Email . after signing you will get message .please verify your email they didn’t send any email. all so True Zero pump’s not work . if they not ready 100% why they coming in to market. People have no time to wait. if person had emergency need go to 60 miles no hydrogen in they’re car?

Doesn’t work.
I’ve tried this app for a week now and it never works. It doesn’t show any stations. It seems to have trouble getting data from the server so it’s useless.

Feedback
Left two messages yesterday afternoon, (June 15th) from Lake Forest, CA station. Took me one hour to get 1.5 KG; will not give more than .33 KG per 10 minutes even though the Website showed 70 KG balance.
Still have not received call back.

App doesn’t work at all
No updates, says account not registered however I did it online. Doesn’t show actual data.
Helpful and informative
Really appreciate the efforts of True Zero in making sure customers are able to locate stations and providing up to the minute station status.
Inflated uptime data. Can’t depend on availability
Station uptime data is not accurate and inflated to make them look better. They seem to blame internet problems for downtime which they do not count towards downtime. IMHO if the pump doesn’t work the station is down even if is a connection issue.
Hot garbage
The fuel is difficult enough to find. This app makes you register and never sends the required confirmation email so you can use the service. If I had known Toyota would be this negligent on the fueling support I might not have leased the hydrogen model.
Nice map, no stations visible!
