Sold me a accidentally car
I didn’t knew much about cars nor I knew how to drive one , so went for used one and this guys sold me an accidental one ( when I asked them about accident and other details about the car) saying even if there is a minor dent we call accidental , and when I wanted to sell it back to them according to there buy back guarantee they told me this car is accidental we’ll only this much amount which was 27% of the price I purchased this used car

Don’t buy from true bill , they are just doing makeup and selling cars, after buying you will face so many issue they also won’t respond.
Till buying the car they will do over action after that they won’t even answer your call also.

I had booked a test drive for honda city for the next day(17-02-23) in the afternoon and in the morning i got a call from sales person about when i will reach and regarding confirmation, the sales person(+91 92050 88769) said sir you can come at your slot booking time and we will show you the car and you can have a test ride….i have headed to the location and got 2 calls from the person in between about my reach…when I finally reached their office he had forwarded me to some other sales guy and said ki he will look after my deal and that guy asked me to wait for 15 minutes , sooner we will take you to the car and after next 10 minutes someone third person came and said ki just 1 minute before the car was booked by some walk in customer….and you please look at some other car…i said wt* now i need to buy what they are interested to sell?
So here they have first come first serve type service they are just bothered about the sales number not the time of customers
That day my office leave went in vein and my trust from this site as well

Don’t buy the vehicles in Truebill
Sales people give the wrong commitments to sell the vehicles and insurance am asking zero dip they charged extra amount also but they did compères insurance.don’t trust and don’t buy strongly not recommend.existing. Issues not solved blindly sell the vehicle I had a issue with turbo engine.

Purchased a ford figo from these guys @ Mantri mall on 10th and got it delivered on 11th june..
I faced a issue in starting it on 17th morning and immediately rung up the sales guy asking the support and he told to take it to local workshop..
Issue was with the battery. No other option i had to replace it paying 5.5k for a new one…
I spoke to two customer care executives one in tollfree no. And other local KA no.
Not a single ticket has been raised nor a call been received so far!!!
I know battery doesnt fall under warranty but what exactly is your 200 checkpoint?? Why don’t you respond without follow ups…
If this is your service type we can purchase cars from any other outlet like first-choice and true value… what is your USP??!
