Camera Showing Offline Despite Stable Internet Connection
Despite having a stable internet connection, the camera remains offline. All cameras are Wi-Fi enabled.
Glitches and hangs
Lately I have added more solar cameras to the app total 6 solar cameras on farm. Using latest version but I am facing issues with camera freeze, glitch and not able to move. Forced cloud add pop up has started . Kindly fix this. I have bought 7 trueview cameras and need total 10 cameras to monitor my farm paying for 10 SIM cards monthly and it’s difficult to discard them all and move to new company.

A bit buggy
The playback stops and sometimes login is a mess. Plus there is a fundamental problem with the login. They have a max number of attempts you can do with otp. Now it says I have used max otp for today. So one cannot even retrieve or change password now. It says nothing on mine now just simply “verification failed.” Yet I did not get any otp at all

Latest version issues
After the updates my camera does not show correct notification. Even app is slowing and camera reading si getting slow. App shows jerks many times. Earlier app was working way good. Do some correct updates. Other brands apps are making things ease.
Getting error of network anomalies
Hello team I am with good and proper network still get error - network anomalies. I tried with re installation of app along with restarts too. I getting all notification of huma detections but enable to laogin

I like the fact there so many features and all work without issues and I can conveniently monitor my remote CCTV that’s usually in low network zone.
I only wish there be minor frayed such as-
1. Delete old videos by selection
2. Track historic battery used or available status

All doesn’t work in iPhone 17pro
Purchased the camera to get live coverage but As of January 2026,this app is not working in iPhone 17pro but it is working in iPhone 12 & 13.

Bad experience after upgrade
Very bad upgrade with many issues and not have good user interface due to frequent cloud storage adds
New version has issues
After upgrading to new version, notification alerts are sent after few days, in past I used to get realtime alerts. Vedio preview is not loading frequently
Disappointed with app. Features are missing
Lots of good features missing like Picture in picture (pip) not supported. This feature is coming almost all cctv apps.
Suddenly the screen has gone blank

Cannot download from cloud recording on iPhone
After buying an expensive package for cloud recording, realised that it doesn’t work on iPhone! You cannot download cloud recordings from

Camera position is changing
The camera is not working properly. The function rotation on left side is not working hence not able to set the camera at right position
Network issues with iPhone
The cameras not opening and devices are showing network not connected and device went to offline in iPhone only… TrueCloud resolve this issue in iPhone apps
iOS update 18.6
The app has stopped working after updating to latest iOS. Please fix.
Playback feature barely works properly.
When watching playback and scrolling to specific time frame it does not show it instead it reverts back to live playback. Please check and fix this issue as it is very annoying.
Motion detection and PTZ calibration issue
Still facing motion detection accuracy. Missed major movement also. Even i kept the settings at high sensitivity .

Disappointed with the CCTV Camera – Poor Quality
I recently bought this CCTV camera and I’m really disappointed with its performance. The night vision is horrible — you can barely see anything in the footage when it’s dark. It completely defeats the purpose of having a night vision camera.
Even during the daytime, the video quality is not clear. Faces are blurry and it’s very difficult to identify anyone. Overall, this camera does not provide the security and clarity you expect.
I wouldn’t recommend this product if you’re looking for reliable CCTV footage, especially for face recognition or clear monitoring at night.

App is very slow and glitchy, camera gets stuck even with good network and app does not have good features. Would not recommend the brand
