Awful app
Avoid getting this app if you can, it’s absolutely awful. Notifications are never correct, the screen doesn’t load correctly, and contact information shows up blank. Waste of space on my phone.
Save yourself the heartache, inconvenience and money
The company I work for purchased this service to communicate with our clients. I hate to be rude but we were better off using out our cells phone like we were before. The concept of TD is great but the implementation and practice are beneath subpar at best. The web based service is both slow and cumbersome. It’s take a long time to access phone number when you use the “info” associated with a contact, the “search” doesn’t work well. It only picks up the contact name, not words in the text thread, some texts disappear, recently all my older text are gone. I used to have multiple pages of texts and now I just have one. Time stamps aren’t always accurate and the only time setting is military time. The app is even worse. I’ve had the delete and reinstall the app multiple times just to be able to reply to a message. Save yourself the heartache, inconvenience and money and find an other solution for your corporate needs.

Needs To Improve
Need to add ways to send a message to contacts and accurately view notifications.
Needs a lot of work
Very slow to load each time, switching between messages take ages. Notifications still show even after you have opened and replied to messages. Messages do not always get sent.
