Pretty Bad
This app never works…there’s always “a delay. Please try again.” I had to delete the app then redownload to even get to connect my account and now, nothing. 🤷🏼♀️

Seems like if you already have an account and everything is working and it’s linked to your email then you could simply create a login with the same email and everything would be available. I downloaded this as I am not at home, my system is super slow, and I wanted to reboot my router remotely (which we used to be able to do on the GLE app and website).
Guess I need to call tech support for a simple task.

Will not let me do anything, I would like to change the network password but of course it won’t let me.
Trouble setting up
I can’t get the thing to set up with my modem. I have the Calix Gigapoint 803G which isn’t even in the list of devices.
Cali.ai?
I updated my Great Lakes Energy app and saw Truestream was no longer available in the electrical app. So I searched for the app and noticed several issues while installing.
1st is with iOS it saves login as Cali.ai. Who came up with that? So searching for the password I couldn’t locate it so I had to reset it. Then I noticed on another device I had the truestream password. 🤔
Since my device was already setup, I selected that during app setup but scanning bar codes etc gives the inclination that it wasn’t and required a phone call.
One thing missing in the app is the mapping of connected devices which you get from using a PC.
Another thing that would have been helpful would have been a email notification of app migration.
