Broken
This application is just straight up broken. I’m using an iPhone 17 Pro Max so it’s not an issue with respect to hardware. I put the phone on a stand that is at hip level. It says put your arms up and get ready to spin It does a timer which keep in mind. It doesn’t tell you what the timer is for and it continuously fails. Now I’m sure the developer or the developers leader is going to explain. “Oh this must be the user error oh it doesn’t know how to use this phone”. I literally tried 20 times in a row, but each and every single time it says stick your arms up get prepared to turn and then it fails. I’ve never seen an app misbehave at this level of incompetence….. It’s almost to a point where I need to report this app to Apple for not being able to do what it says it can do. It needs to be taken down.

Waste of time
I tried to use this app 20 times follow the instructions exactly every time during the torso scan the last second it would bing bing because it said I moved out of the area. Total waste of time. Find another app to use believe me it’s not worth it. You will walk away frustrated.

We are so sorry about this! It looks like you encountered a bug we identified where basic measurements were not showing up properly on the measurement dashboard for users on the free plan. We have gone ahead and rolled out a fix for this, and hope you have a chance to give it another try!
