We’re sorry TrueVine wasn’t the right fit for you, but we’d like to clarify a few things for anyone reading this review. Work and school emails are not required. Prayer Room is completely optional. Introductions are simply one way to connect. You don’t need an Introducer to talk to someone. Chat Now is also optional, and members choose to enter it when they want to connect with others in real time. Photo verification is one of the steps we use to help reduce fake profiles and make the community safer. TrueVine is intentionally designed a little differently from traditional dating apps, with features focused on more intentional connections and Christian community. We understand that approach won’t be for everyone, and we’re sorry your experience didn’t meet your expectations. If you experienced anything that seemed misleading or didn’t work as expected, please contact our support team. We’d be happy to look into it.

We’re sorry you encountered accounts that made you feel unsafe. Scams and fraudulent accounts are not tolerated on TrueVine, and we take reports like this seriously. We strongly encourage members to be cautious when someone quickly asks to move the conversation to Telegram or another platform, especially if they later ask for money or financial help. Please report these accounts directly in the app so our team can investigate and take action. We use profile review, photo verification, reporting tools, and other safety measures to identify and remove suspicious accounts, and we continue to improve these systems. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Creating a safer and more genuine community remains one of our highest priorities.
