Won’t save settings
Keeps showing me rentals on the feed even though I turned all rental notifications off. I’m looking for houses for sale….not rentals. Kind of irritating.
Sidebar takes up half the screen.

Can’t get rid of information
I searched an area but have ruled out ever living there. However, Trulia keeps sending me alerts, notifications and updates. I have deleted everything-even the app. When I reload it, all the information comes back and I keep getting alerts. So frustrating!!!!!

I love the app, but fix the app. You only have a category for single house or single dwelling which is correct because some of us are looking for a single home.
The problem is you mislabel. If we want or search this category we don’t want an ADU or a back house. We want a single family home or want one property on one lot.
This makes the searches harder because we’re trying to distinguish between a truly single family home on one property or a mislabeled home or ADU.
Please add a category for this.

Keywords Filter inop, and no support
Could be a great app, but the Keywords filter never works in the app, and I have to open the full web version to get it to work. The Keywords field is there in the app, but every time I enter a word like “pool” or “dock” and hit Search, it’s like I never entered anything in that field. If I return to the filters page, that field is again

Best Real Estate App
I love this app to search for homes for sale. You can use it to find rentals too. The “drive by” feature keeps me hooked. Click on the listing then go to the map. Select “street view”. Most homes can be viewed from the street!
It’d be nice…
Itd be nice if the Ai can NOT recommend homes that are 100,000 over the budget i set. Itd be nice if houses with HOA fees actually list that it has HOA fees. Itd be nice if these agents can stop using filters on the photos. These agent are photoshopping bedroom sets and shrinking them down to fit the room and it looks absolutely ridiculous

Of the real estate apps I’ve tried, I like Trulia the best. I do wish you could filter your saves when looking through them. The same categories as the regular search would be great, or even just by state or type. Also the state lines and lines where reservations are marked could be easier to see. And what if you marked national and state parks? Just spit ballin here. Love the app. Thank you, guys

Best Real Estate App!
This is the absolute best real estate search tool available. I have tried them all and nothing comes close to Trulia in terms of search options, saving homes you like, adding notes, street view, sales history, year built, key word search. (Note: The mortgage calculator had a hiccup for a few days but it is fixed now.) Recently I missed out on a wonderful house and could have been FIRST to see it thanks to Trulia but I failed to bid promptly after touring it. The app cannot fix buyer complacency but it will do EVERYTHING else you need!

Has its pros and cons
I really love the Trulia app, however, I really wish there was a filtering feature in your saved homes area. I’d love to be able to filter homes by garage stalls, neighborhood, etc.
