Good when it works right
Every few times I open the app it puts me in a human test loop where it endlessly asks me to press and hold to verify that I’m not a bot. It won’t let me do anything but press and hold. A positive side of this is that my thumb is getting a little workout so I’ll soon be the US thumb wrestling champion.

I like the app however when i do inquire about an apartment NO ONE gets back to me EVER. Not sure how the app helps if no one gets back to me.

Notifications don’t work
It would be so much better if it 1. Actually worked half the time. And 2. The notifications worked, you get a notification about a new property either to rent or for sale but whenever u click it boom it just opens up the app and either u get kicked to the main screen or u get put on a blank page waiting for the information to come up.

False advertising
Im sick of brokers and agents not listing HOA or Condo fees on the apps. im sick of them skewing the size of furniture to make rooms seem bigger. Im sick of them not posting ALL of the house on the apps. A lawyer friend of mine said that can be a case in court.
Best 4 buying or rentals
Best App to search for real estate to buy nationwide or locally. You can also see what is for rent or already sold. I 💗 love Trulia! I have tried every App, some are now gone, this is the best search tool. (There is some extra “stuff” which is nonsensical. It is hard to understand why it is there. There are already laws against discrimination. It takes up space making it difficult to get to the bottom of the listing to view the property price history.)
