iPad
I’m not sure why but the app does not work on my iPad. It works on all of my other devices but when I pulled up on my iPad, it keeps telling me it needs an update and when I click OK, it brings me to the App Store but it doesn’t say “update “it says “open “and then it just closes out completely

I had almost 75 in rewards before updating; only 10 after. Reached out to customer support and received no response
Not the website
The app idea is cool, but it still cannot keep up with the website. For that reason, I do not use the app much. However, I’m going to delete it right now because I’m tired of turning off the marketing notifications. I disable them all the time, yet the app silently turns them back on. Super annoying.

New reward system is trash
This new reward system is garbage. I had $35 in rewards points before the update and after I only have $10. This just cost them a long time customer as I don’t feel like they’re rewarding me for my business.
“Check-In” not working
App is fine but as of last week i will get emails that my order is ready but on app it still says “processing” which doesn’t allow me to check in to bypass long lines and walk ins

It would be really nice to use this app to shop in PA. They have the same status as Florida does, which is that cannabis is only medically legal. Why does one medical state have an app and another one doesn’t despite the fact that both states contain trulieve dispensaries?
Unable to login
Still having same bugs for months when they refused to fix it. Don’t recommend to log out otherwise you will be stuck with loading to process log in and failed. Trulieve IT team won 5 years in row for most problematic technology services including website AND unable to repair or troubleshoot. Be proud! RME! Updated: it continues kick me out after order confirmation. If they dont want a business then thats on them. Another update review, competitor app who used to have location demand required to use is now no longer needed due to med card already determined by location regardless. Trulieve app is LAST one to require the location on. Again it is not related to regulation as they said because they can’t read. Dumny. All requirements is for their benefits. Another update: it still demands the location service on nd I turned it on and it continues to not set up location. What's point to ask for gps and u unable to locate the store and demand me to input the store location??????? This PROVES data mining is not what u think it would do. Yikes! Good luck. Website works fine without location service enabled. 🤷♂️

This app sucks
Great for us that you finally have one. Get it together already. The slowest app there is. I shouldn’t have to set my location every other time I log in. Start shopping only to find out my location does not have the product I chose.

Lately I have not been able to checkout on the app. I have to go to the website. Other than that it’s a good app.
Horrible app! almost as bad as the site!
Constant loading issues, always asking for location even though it has access, consistently signing me out before I have completed my order. Too many bugs, do better.

Can you add these into the app please? I’d like to leave reviews on the products. It would be nice for a favorites tab as well. It would help us track our favorite products! Thanks

Don’t advertise this like it’s able to be used at all locations. Can’t use it in my home state. Pointless.

It’s okay. It’s a fairly new app so it can be glitchy and sometimes crash but it’s easy to navigate
