DONT FORCE ME TO TURN ON NOTIFICATIONS
I don’t need notifications turned on. Nor do I need my contacts synced? It makes no sense why you force users to have notifications on. I tried to just have a banner notification on but that’s not enough for you. You require sound and, badges, the whole thing. Just absurd? Change it. Stop forcing that on people and blocking us from using your app otherwise. You’re making the experience LESS pleasurable actually. Not more.

My work day is SO much easier now
Truly has *truly* changed my entire workday. All of my calls log to Salesforce with a link to the recording, my disposition, and are attached to the Salesforce Contact, all without me ever needing to hit Save or Log a Call.
Getting set-up was simple, and their Implementation Team went above and beyond to make sure we understood every feature in the desktop and mobile application.
My favorite thing about the application is that if I need help, I can chat with their Support Team IN THE APPLICATION. I’m so used to having to find a contact page, wait a week for a reply, and have it not be helpful. Their team is so knowledgeable and they answer within like 3 minutes or less. It’s insane. Love love love this!

Best Dialer I’ve Used
I have worked in the industry for close to 10 years now and have used every VoIP solution under the sun.
Truly is by far the best and with unmatched support. I’ve put in one ticket in my history as a user and the response time was impeccable.

Need improvement on calls to Latin America
The app is great, crisp and clear sound, very very little lag, will earn the extra star if the same quality was provides when making calls to Latin America. Still recommend it

Truly integrates perfectly with Salesforce and makes hitting my daily quota so much easier. Calls transfer perfectly from my computer to the app once I click to dial out of Salesforce, making physically dialing numbers obsolete for me!

I love how well this app lets me call using my business number from my personal phone. Being able to set my availability also makes it so I can choose when I want to receive business calls. Overall quite convenient and useful
Great SMS feature!
I’ve been using Truly for awhile now and it’s such a great tool to keep in contact with your clients. They’re constantly adding new features. My favorite new feature is texting/SMS - it’s seamless like you’re texting on the native iOS app. Great way to keep in contact with my clients. They also have integrations with Salesforce and Zendesk so you can easily track all communication.

It's no different than using your native app but it gives me a second number that syncs my calls to Salesforce.

Our go-to phone service
We run our company on Truly Wireless. I love that with my personal phone I can make company calls under a different number as well as use either my phone’s cell service or Voip. Call routing between customer support is also fantastic. Great product!

An innovative app that works seamlessly
I'm impressed by how smoothly the whole Truly system works, and the fact that nobody who calls my business line would ever know it's my cell--or that, for instance, I'm working from home. It's cost effective, but more important, it's extremely convenient. The various options, including the interactive voice recording, let a small business sound like a bigger office any time someone gives a ring.

Great call quality!
I didn't think making calls over the cellular network would offer such a big improvement. Way better quality than the VoIP apps out there.

You can see both who is calling and which line they are calling when your phone rings. Also, I can transfer calls out now from my cell
