Pointless Ap
I’ve used this Ap/membership for 3 medium sized shops (so far) and I have saved .. 80c buying products I didn’t really want, and wouldn’t have bought if not for the “saving”… so actually… this Ap has cost me $2.
All of the “member specials” so far have been for highly processed foods I don’t like or am trying very hard to avoid.. no specials on whole foods, or anything actually nutritional. And you DONT even get any points for money off eventually… yet they get to collect all your data, . They better get to know me quickly and sell me things I actually want, or I’m gone.
Also, the Marysville your “local GoRocer” is listed in the find a store section in the Ap, but in person, they told me they don’t have the facilities to scan the Ap there…
(and any way there’s no point if we can’t collect points)
One benefit might be the “my receipts” tab… if it was working… none of my 4 shops are there. It’s empty.

App is bad as you can get
Bery basic and buggy app with useless offers. Waste of time to be honest. Not sure why they need my data when the offers are so bad and not relevant.

Farmer Jacks Woodlands advertisers $15 per kilo discount for this app but only gives five dollars over the whole sale at the till
Why
Just had this forced on me at my local farmer jacks. Option to not have it and pay more than the highest normal price. The duel price tags makes me want to shop at Farmer Jacks less.

Setting up account faulty
Standard feature when setting up account you need to confirm mobile number by quoting code sent to mobile number. Couldn’t even get past that step. Must have requested code 8-10 times. Not one code received. And yes before you even say, yes I keyed the correct number!!!!
