This app is absolute SCAM! All the profiles are AI generated. Their plans are not upgradable. They asked me for more money saying the initial money will be refunded. Kept both the amounts. None of the profiles or matches are real. It’s all AI generated. Fake and frauds. Stay away.

I purchased a TrulyMadly app subscription. After the purchase, I got connected with 100+ profiles. At that moment, I felt the app was really good.
However, when I started talking to these girls, I realized that almost all of them seemed to be scammers. I noticed a pattern — many of them suggested meeting at the same location: “RDC Gaur Central Mall.” When I reached that place, I came to know that dating scams frequently happen there.
The most concerning part is that the app claims to have verified profiles, but that doesn’t seem reliable. I received requests from two different accounts with the same girl’s face. Both profiles were marked as verified. Additionally, there are spam accounts that push for inappropriate video calls.

I installed the app and started using it normally without any subscription. After liking a few profiles, I closed the app. When I opened it later, suddenly it showed around 20+ likes on my profile, which already felt suspicious. The moment I tried to view or respond to those likes, the app forced me to subscribe.
I ended up buying their “Plus” plan for around ₹1100, thinking I’d finally be able to connect with real people. But the moment I started messaging these so-called “likes,” every single one of them turned out to be fake. Not even one genuine profile. Every conversation immediately led to them pushing a Telegram ID and trying to redirect me for “services.” It’s clearly a scripted scam network.
There are ZERO real users on this app. It’s designed to trap you with fake likes and then force you into paying. Once you pay, you realize it’s all bots or scammers.
To make it worse, I tried contacting support — no response at all. Completely ignored. On top of that, I can’t even cancel their auto-payment, which feels like they’re intentionally trapping users into recurring charges.
This app is not just bad — it’s deliberately misleading and exploitative.

Shockingly this app is such a garbage, don't understand how it got even 4.2 rating, so bad in every given ways, don't know where to start from. Guys please don't install or put in any money in this, have tried it, I feel like I have been literally been fooled even for trying.

This dating app is very disappointing. Most of the profiles look fake and many accounts don’t reply after matching. It feels like bots are used just to keep users active. The app keeps asking for money to unlock basic features, which should actually be free. Notifications are also misleading — you get alerts about likes, but when you open the app, you are asked to pay to see them.
Overall, it feels like a waste of time and money. I would not recommend this app to anyone looking for genuine connections.

So Irritating Application
I thought this app will be at least better than tinder or other dating app. But i was wrong. And secondly each n every step it requires subscription. The customer who already subscribed they should get at least some basic features right but no application not allowed. If me and someone matched then if we want to chat but still app is not delivering the message to other person. So irritating app dear. 👎

I don’t like this app because of after one it’s saying to purchase subscription and when I get liked by someone it’s says to reveal this match you have to purchase subscription around1200 in starting when you downloading this app they will show you it’s free reality is that this app is not free they will tell you every time to purchase subscription if you don’t buy it they will stop you by giving likes and you will receive like but you can’t see if you want to have to subscription.

I started using the app without any purchase and it was going smoothly. Then i saw i got few likes and to reveal the likes i needed one subscription around Rs 1200. Though it was on the higher side i chose to get it because i trusted the app. The moment i purchased the app logged me out. I tried to re log into my profile and its stuck in "validating OTP" and no change after that. All these happened for few minutes after the purchase and i was already frustrated and disappointed. I then mailed them, message them on their instagram page but no respond from the support team regarding this they. I tried to login again and then i got issue saying "max OTP reached, try again later". So much hassle i have to go through. It's been 48h since the purchase and the OTP limit has been reset and i am still facing the same issue and they are not ready to accept the fault and adamant to refund.
App like this should be reported to the judiciary system and strict action should be taken.

Dear users, This is to warn you that don’t fall into trap of deceptive notifications of “Someone liked you” of this application. What happened is when I created a profile and I was having no premium plan, I used to get 2-3 likes a day…even if it was deceptive notifications still I used to get it that made me curious to know who is liking me. To clear my curiosity I finally bought a 1199/- premium plan then I could see it was 2 profile however it was showing 12 likes but that’s not the issue. Concern is as soon as I bought premium plan, I stopped getting notifications that “someone liked you”
It’s like…When I was not having any plan, many more was liking my profile and when I bought…suddenly no body likes me 🤔
Bottom line is “Likes” you get with free plan are deceptive and that manipulates you to buy premium plan.
Understand that company always has way to justify themselves but their sole purpose is to make money and nothing else.

Scam alert
They are doing totally scam. I purchased their subscription to see who likes my profile. But i can see there 5 likes but when i tap on like page it showing blank. A white page. They charges me 1199 ruppees for select + i tried to contact their customer support via mail. But not recived any response. I mailed twice but not recived any response. Totally my 1199 was scamed. They should be banned from apple store and all payment gateways. They are playing with emotions of public. Tinder is far better than them. Even i communicate 5 to 7 person on tinder but here no one. And all profile maximum trust score i saw that is 20%…. All profiles are fake

It’s been 24h since the purchase and the OTP limit has been reset and i am still facing the same issue and they are not ready to accept the fault and adamant to refund.

It’s really very bad app just scam money
I buy Select+ Subscription it’s very premium services of them after buy I like many of profile but not received any response and after received like if you check who like you never seen while u premium customer same think they do to trapp with other some services like spark and all when you see or reply that again ask y to get subscription for this services also like this way they loots your hard core money aand get nothing it’s better you use tinder and other app I highly not suggest and also uninstalled now and also riase charge back for our refund.

I had bought a subscription with respect to the Likes have received 1 paid 799 Rs. Once I paid the amount l couldn't see the Likes u have received. When i contacted them through Mail they Said Sir you signed up from match maker likes, the match maker will select the likes and shortlist you that, i never got this service as well, so when I complained again they said Sir we can't refund Rs 799 to you but we can give you 40 Sparks instead of that, I thought better then wasting my money it's better to get 40 sparks for that.
To my surprise when i started using the Sparks I do got 2-3 replies, here comes their Biggest Scam after sending few messages to ur spark... u stop receiving messages from them and you can't also send any messages it's shows round circle means the message has not got deliverd.. Obviously how will you get a reply from a Girl If she has not received your messages
And after that they send mail that to upgrade for better service so I took select plus of 1199 subscription
I almost lost 2000 Rs to this Scamsters, Please report Shibtrom One PlesStore so that no one else gets Powerelat@deladose their Hard Earned money.

Not worth anything
I downloaded this app after seeing the founder’s video on Instagram and some good level celebrities promoting this app but later when I started using it I just saw some cheap profiles which do not even seem like genuine people and I’m a Male and straight still men’s profiles were getting showed in my account. I have requested a refund of two different subscriptions that I took for your services today itself which also by the way was a very tricky thing. First I was showed I had to take a subscription for select I took an annual subscription thinking that I would have good experience that was for 2399 but what do you even provide in select membership I didn’t see anything. I immediately cancelled that subscription and took another annual subscription of 3599 hoping for a better experience than the last one but this also doesn’t have any unlimited likes I can just see who all liked me. And when I saw who all liked me there were in total 6 profiles of 2 people only that means 3 profiles were the same of one person that was also so cheap and ugly as if the bot did it. These dating apps decrease more than half of the motivation that we have before downloading your apps. You take money but no service is provided. Your founder said that its meant for genuine people. South Delhi people are not preferred here something like this and this is the service you provide. You guys just make whatever you wish to. I have already mailed the team and requested to refund both of my amounts so I expect the refund to be made as soon as possible.

Wasted money. Dont subscribe this app. Initially to attract u, the app sends u likes from fake profiles or bots, wch are fake. When u buy subscription, u will know that those all r fake . And u will not be able to swipe right or left after few swipes. Scamsters just refund the amount. Or else will complaint. Too many adds and intruptions for buying other premium features. Not very user friendly
Seeing that this is a popular app to use in India I downloaded it and created a profile. I started getting hounded by the site, inviting me to buy a paid subscription, buy sparks and pay for dating advice. This does not stop even after one buys a paid subscription. After purchasing the select subscription, you realize that it’s totally useless as you still cannot see the profiles of people who have liked you. So you tend to stay disconnected with your potential matches. Also, the subscription is recurrent for the next 30 years and it would seem that you cannot change that option unless you cancel your membership, which you have to do by deleting your profile .
Also, you cannot convert it into a select plus membership by paying a difference. You have to lose your money for the select membership and again pay for a Select Plus membership. The ticket opened to sort this out is closed at TMs discretion without solving the problem. I would recommend not wasting your money as it is not going to get you anywhere and create a lot of frustration. TrulyMadly can be a good dating site if they fix these problems which they are clearly not interested in doing.
