J’adore l’appli sur mon iPhone

Piloter mes interrupteurs mon chauffage et surveiller ma charge solaire sur mon iPhone que du bonheur. À signaler petit bug sur la dernière MAJ le temps restant de la ressource batterie me donne maxi 1h05 alors qu’avant j’étais sur 1092h. Un peu dérangeant mais pas bloquant.
Le problème est présent sur l’appli et le panneau inet x de mon CC

Hello Jacko, thank you very much for your feedback. It is understandable that the app immediately attempts to reconnect as soon as it is minimised, as this can be disruptive in everyday use. We are aware of this issue and will be making adjustments to the iNet X app in future to ensure that a complete reconnection is not required straight away. Best Regards Truma

Très pratique

Malgré les conseils de mon vendeur de caravane me demandant de ne pas charger votre application, j’ai désobéis et je le sers de votre application pour piloter mon truma combi 6E.
Il y a quelques mois il y avait des bugs. Aujourd’hui ça fonctionne bien mieux. Je suis certain que vous allez à nouveau faire évoluer votre système. Malheureusement il y a des choses à revoir et vous ne prenez pas en considération mes remarques

Makes waking up and turning on hot water or heating so easy, or pre set timers. Excellent

Mainly Good

Easy to control the heater. My only gripe is to do with the Timers. They didn’t work after I had set 4 timers and then I couldn’t edit or delete any of them. I contacted Truma via their web form but have heard nothing. Disappointed. So 2 Stars off.

Update. Had a reply and timers sorted themselves out. All working well now and heater is first class.

Further update. The KB articles links I was sent were useful to program the timer, but that information should be in the instructions.

The timers stopped working again so I reprogrammed making the subsequent timers start a minute after the previous one ended.

Working again.

Brilliant

Had a few issues to start with but all resolved.
Fabulous piece of kit which you can operate heating, air con remotely and even check on gas usage.
Would definitely not be without it.👍😬

Great app.

Easy to use, nice layout, when inside or sat outside of your van or motorhome. I'd like the app to use WiFi too so we can switch the heating on to warm the van up when out walking as we have a 5G router in our van. Overall nice app thank you

Ne fonctionne pas sous iOS 26

Malgré de nombreuses tentatives, impossible de connecter mon iPhone au panel même avec le téléphone correctement appareillé. Très déçu de mon achat (panel X).

Ignoring the obvious limitations of Bluetooth connectivity the functions are great. Now if it was WiFi and you had all that functionality from distance it would be far far better

Utilisateur permanent, vie en camion

L’application est bien faite, mais la sonde de température trauma a un défaut de quatre à 5° par rapport à la réalité ce qui est problématique pour le réglage.

Fonctionne bien sauf…

Sur IPhone la température ambiante ne s’affiche plus, ce qui n’était pas le cas sur Androïd.
