The app stopped working a while ago and abandoned by the manufacturer

Signup Error -a server with host name could not be found
I just downloaded the app to use with the TruMedic magic hands I just received and unfortunately I’ve been met with a message saying Error a server with the host name could not be found when trying to fill complete signup and agree to terms and conditions. I deleted the app and reinstalled it to see if that remedied the issue, but it did not. Disappointing to say the least.

Cant even connect to my scale. App is terrible. Registration fails with a cryptic “server with specified host name cant be found”. Can’t use the scale (metrics not ever displayed). Utterly useless!
Same problem as others
Host error when trying to make an account. Why? Can’t control the massager without the app. Don’t waste your money buying this product!!
