did a little test. turned it off, opened reddit, clicked on the news tab. surprise! a bunch of trump headlines. turned it back on (safari, "manage extensions") and it *instantly* hid all the articles with "trump" in the headlines. đ

i'd forgotten about this app, a few days ago it popped into my mind and damn, i'm glad it did. takes a second to set up and on day one i saw less trump. by day two, no trump at all. win!
Subscription based all
This is a subscription based app, which means youâll never own it and will have to keep paying forever just to use it. No matter how well made an app is, if itâs a subscription based app, it is a bad app. There is no such thing as a good subscription based app. Avoid at all costs

Was thrilled to see black bars throughout my news feed on first attempt using this app. After a couple of days, I was horrified and disgusted to see pictures of the Orange Stain popping up on Google News, The Guardian, Newsweek, etc al. Waste of $1.

Tried with google news and theguardian. Doesnât remove or hide or mask news links with the word Trump in them and doesnât remove images of Trump. It does however block any attempt to click into a link where the text says Trump, but basically it doesnât do anything to save u from having to see his face or name. Mutable does at least fuzz out links.

Works On Some Sites
It immediately didnât show articles in most major news sites like NYT, LAT, etc. It does still show some pictures of him with no article on Yahoo. It didnât work on the BBC news site. I would love to never see that face or read that name again.
